We had replacement garage door springs and hardware installed 3 years ago with tech Randy Swann and the experience was outstanding. Prompt service and technicians who are knowledgeable and trustworthy. Now 3 years later we needed an adjustment and the tech Brian Pellegrino was prompt and provided outstanding service again. Precision truly cares about their employees and the result shows in the work ethic and results the technicians provide. I would recommend Precision Pittsburgh to family and friends.

The tech was very professional. Explained in detail what was going to be done. One pulley was wearing and suggested it would be best to replace both on that door. Found an LED bulb in one opener and recommended replacing. Lubed as needed. Very polite.

The other morning we found we had a broken spring on our garage door. I called a company we have used before and left a message. After waiting a few hours and hearing nothing I called Precision and talked to a live and helpful person. Their tech, Randy, was here and at work before I got a call back from the other company. Randy explained what we needed as a minimum and offered an option for more which he recommended but did not push. We opted for it and are well satisfied with the work, price, and overall efficiency. Highly recommended!

Not only was Precision recommended by several friends but the 24/7 service in the ad did convince me to call, being handicapped and in need of my garage in order to get to my car I needed the work done ASAP. I was quite surprised on getting a Sunday morning appointment.. Not only did they email/text all info making everything more comfortable of what to expect but sending a picture and background info of the repairman, who BTW was extremely professional in every way along with his work.. what an asset he is to Precision and will be highly recommended to anyone I know that might need work done on garage doors. When Precision Garage Door Service says, "Same Day Service", they mean it! I called for service on my 30+ year old garage door at 1:22 pm. They scheduled me for the 4:00 - 6:00 pm time slot the same day. I received a text confirming the appointment. The service technician (Mike C.) called to report that he was on his way and would arrive by 3:30 pm. He was COVID-conscious and the whole process was touch-free. I fully expected a high-pressure sales pitch for a replacement motor/door. It never came. Mike quickly diagnosed the problems and repaired the garage door with the parts he had on his truck. He waived the the $65 Technician Service Fee because my repairs exceeded $100. The door was repaired by 5:30 pm. If you need your garage door repaired TODAY, call Precision Garage Door Service. Fast, friendly service at a reasonable price.
