Great experience. Damon was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained everything in a way that I could understand and allowed me to determine all that I wanted done. This included springs, cables, rollers and a few other parts for both doors. If all the employees are like this young man, this is one lucky business. Excellent service on my warrantied door opener motor, which was not working right, due to a power surge, and also replaced a missing hinge. The technician, Reece Cramer, was professional, on-time, helpful, obviously knew his stuff, and personable.

My technician Tim, showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had my door fixed within about a half hour. The service visit and parts were under warranty, so the visit cost me nothing. I have only had four visits from Precision over the past 25 years. The first two were to replace the original manufacturer hardware for one door, then the other. The other two visits were warranty calls over 20 years. I do not see the Precision techs that often, but when I do, they are friendly, thorough, and eager to educate me about the service they are performing.

On Tuesday, March 12th, 2024, I called Precision Doors with what I thought was a warped spring that was causing my garage door to thump loudly when operated. The next morning Office Manager Kim Snatchko informed me that General Manager Tom Constantin would be at my home by 11:00 AM. Tom arrived on time and was prepared to replace the spring at no charge. However, he quickly identified that the real problem was related to a missing bolt on the door plate that was causing the door panel to not seat correctly. He repaired the door and did a complete inspection at no charge. My wife and I are very impressed with Tom's professional approached to the problem and how he assured us that the spring would be replaced if it was needed. And we're pleased with the way the Precision Door team quickly addressed our problem. We highly recommend doing business with Mr. Constantin and Precision Doors.

Cori Merkel was the technician that was sent to my house. She was very professional and knowledgeable she let me know that I could have done and explained what warrantees there were. Purchased a new garage door opener, when she pulled the old one down she informed me on how the sprocket didn't sound right. She was correct there was metal dust all around. She replaced it in about an hour, like she said. Now it's quieter than the old one.

I called on a Sunday expecting to leave a message for someone to get back to me on Monday. The phone was not only answered, but George came out and fixed my door that day! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. There was no pressure to buy unnecessary items, but everything was fixed and brought back to a safe and reliable state in a very short time. He showed me everything was completed that was agreed on initially and demonstrated the door was operating well. Dan my technician was friendly and knowledgeable and he answered all my questions and explained the problem I was having with my current garage door opener. He gave me 2 options for service. My original garage door opener was 24 years old so I opted for a new opener. I was surprised when he told me he had everything in his truck to install a new opener. The entire process took less than an hour and he explained how to use the new opener and the accessories. He also replaced the springs. He also took the old opener and all the debris for disposal. My service technician today was George Ramey. I reviewed the issue with my garage door with him when he arrived- it’s age, past service / maintenance, and options for repair or replacement. George performed an inspection of the door and provided his assessment and recommendations. I asked about the option of replacing the door and George described options and costs for replacement. Based on the info provided, I decided to replace the broken spring and replace the cables which were becoming worn vs replacing the door. George was efficient and competently repaired the door to working condition while keeping me informed on his progress. I was impressed with his knowledge, skills and customer focus- thanks George! Overall, Precision Garage Door handled my issue efficiently, kept me informed on scheduling, and executed their service seamlessly- really nice job.
