Our garage door is a Craftsman but we choose Precision because of your 24 hour, same day service. Service was performed by technician, Chris. We were impressed that he arrived at the designated time of the appointment, was knowledgeable and performed the repairs in a very timely manner.

I was very happy with the service by Precision. I recently moved into a home that had some issues with one of the garage doors. My service Tech Tom Constantin was very helpful and gave me a good explanation of what I had, how things should work, and gave me a plan to correct the problem. Upon approval to do the work, Tom corrected the issue in a short period of time and I was extremely happy with the repair.
