Ben was excellent. He arrived and evaluated our problem and determined that a new opener was necessary. I don't think that he was expecting to do an install but didn't seem to mind and had it done in less than 2 hours. We are enjoying our new (nearly silent) opener.

Called for service at 8:30 am and repairs were complete by 11:30 am. Aaron arrived and immediately recognized that the sensors which detect objects preventing door closure were experiencing an electric shorting problem. Sensors were immediately replaced for a very fair price and system is now working properly.

George Rosso, Precision Technician, has been providing garage door service for several years and this time for a panel replacement when my wife left the garage about 2seconds too early and struck the bottom panel. The entire scope of Precision is "second to none!" The quality, expertise and customer service is exceptional. George is very professional and an excellent ambassador for Precision. I doubt I will ever need garage doors again but, if I do, it will only be Precision. I would give them 6 Stars if I could. LJG

What an amazing group you have working for you. First to Mike, who helped me select the doors. He was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. As far as the installer, Chuck, he was very knowledgeable at everything, explained what he was going to do (before he started) and as he progressed through the job, he informed me of every detail of the job.
