My garage door spring broke so I contacted Precision for repair following an internet search of options. My experience from the initial contact to make the appointment through the service provided by the technician (Steven Pagliari) was excellent. Steve provided me with 3 options, which I selected the most comprehensive (replacement of springs, rollers, cables and a new opener). He was not at all pushy, but explained the options clearly and performed fast and professional service. Great job from a satisfied customer!

Randy the service technician was great. He was very friendly and tried everything to repair my garage door opener. The circuit board was bad and he installed a new LiftMaster door opener. The extra features are a bonus not to mention how quiet the door opener is when opening and closing. This is my second time using Precision Door service and I am very happy. I honestly cannot write a positive review because the problem with the keypad was not resolved. I am so annoyed with this that I will call on Monday to set up coming out and uninstalling the opener and returning my money and taking away the opener. I don't want it if it is not going to do what I want and need. I already had a neighbor ask me who did my work and I could not recommend Precision because of this keypad. problem. My wife wants to go on social media but I told her to wait and see if we can remove the opener and get a refund. What say you Dan? Your guys that came out did a very professional job and were very pleasant, but I do not care for the product.
