My neighbor referred me to Precision this week when my garage door opener broke. They gave me two options repair or replace. I chose to replace as mine was so old it did not have a battery backup. Keith was my installer and he was professional and kind. I would absolutely call these guys again. They tell you what their going to do, they do it and let you get back to your life.

George Rosso, Precision Technician, has been providing garage door service for several years and this time for a panel replacement when my wife left the garage about 2seconds too early and struck the bottom panel. The entire scope of Precision is "second to none!" The quality, expertise and customer service is exceptional. George is very professional and an excellent ambassador for Precision. Very satisfied .Tim explained what was needed in order to get these doors working again and and I agreed to have the project done. Tim estimated time to complete the job and the immediately went rite to work no hassel whatsoever and the job was finished right on time. I was happy to find someone that could service our garage door on the weekend. Not only did Precision come out on a Saturday but they were able to come after 6pm once I was home from work. The service tech Ben was a nice guy, got the job done quickly, and made sure that we were happy. We also felt that the price was fair for being one of the few garage door companies that you can reach on a weekend.

I have used Precision garage door service at my business form many years. They took care of all my repairs and maintenance at Old Time Coffee Inc in McKees Rocks. Over the years they have installed new springs on my home garage, Installed two new doors on a new garage i built. And i am now using there service for my Town Home Rentals. They recently repaired two 41 year old doors by installing new rollers and springs along with installing two openers.
