I was happy to find someone that could service our garage door on the weekend. Not only did Precision come out on a Saturday but they were able to come after 6pm once I was home from work. The service tech Ben was a nice guy, got the job done quickly, and made sure that we were happy. We also felt that the price was fair for being one of the few garage door companies that you can reach on a weekend.

I had an emergency with my garage door on a Saturday night. I called Precision and was completely satisfied with the immediate response and service I received. After my initial phone call around 8:00 PM, my garage door cables were replaced by 9:30 PM. Very prompt and courteous service.

I have used Precision garage door service at my business form many years. They took care of all my repairs and maintenance at Old Time Coffee Inc in McKees Rocks. Over the years they have installed new springs on my home garage, Installed two new doors on a new garage i built. And i am now using there service for my Town Home Rentals. They recently repaired two 41 year old doors by installing new rollers and springs along with installing two openers. Being a Business owner for over 35 years i can tell you i appreciate the good PROMPT service.

Work was done okay, I could do work myself but needed it done in 3 days. Technician passed by house, don't the vans have GPS? Torsion spring was triple the price of online springs. The original spring lasted 25 years, cycle time is a sales gimmick. $700 for a lifetime guarantee? I see why they don't quote spring prices over the phone.

The technician that repaired our garage door is an exceptional employee. Very kind and mannerly, does his work efficiently and knows his job very well. Last year we had to have our other garage door repaired and he was the technician your company sent. Now both doors are in perfect working order!! Im sorry I forgot his name but when he showed up at our house I remembered him and told him I was glad the company sent him. He remembered me too.. great way to do business with customers!!

Tim did a GREAT job installing my new garage door opener and the belt drive is so quiet you cannot hear the door go up or down at all. The lifetime warranty on the belt & motor is a big plus also. I also appreciate they appointment time frame you use, which makes it very easy to get something done without missing a lot of work myself.

I called Precision when one of my garage door openers stopped working. Even in the cold weather and over the weekend, the installer (Marcus) did an excellent job installing the new equipment. I ended up purchasing 2 belt drive openers (nice and quiet) replacing the both the broken opener and the other one that was on it's last leg. Competitive price and terrific service from Precision.
