Was extremely pleased with the representation of the company. Everything about them was professional. I liked the fact that they had 24/7 operations. I called at 11 pm and received an appointment for the next afternoon. The spring on my garage door broke and I was unable to open it to get the car out. I was impressed with several items about the company. 1. Was notified by phone and also message about who would be arriving to look at my door. This message also included a pitcher of the technician and a brief bio about her. 2. Cori was my technician and arrived on time. She presented a very professional appearance and attitude. She explained all of the possible options that was available. She was able to temporary open the door so that I could get the car out. 3. We ordered a new door (Old one was over 40 years old). I will leave a new review after installation describing that. 4. The company reached out to keep us informed about every step involved. Would HIGHLY recommend Precision Garage Door repair to everyone. If the installation is only a portion as good as the initial service I will be very happy

Randy is a good salesman and an excellent technician. He took the time to explain the new unique hardware supplied by Precision and we ended up to have him replaced all the cables, springs, rollers, and safety cables in all our three garage doors. Although it was a little bit pricy, the garage doors are now running smoothly and quiet. With the life time warranty, this should be a good investment. Randy also worked expertly and efficiently way into the night to make sure the work was completed within a reasonable time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, no nonsenses, and eager to pass along his knowledge and expertise. Very happy to have him to help us fix our garage doors. Will pass along the news to our friends and make referral in the future.
