I called Precision Door Service around 1:00 PM about my garage door broken spring. I was told they could be at my house between 2:00 and 4:00 PM. Aaron showed up at 2:45 PM and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. Great job and I would highly recommend Precision Door Service. TWS

Called at 2pm and engineering was on site ( in a snowstorm ) on time at 4pm. He was very helpful and got done installing new springs and motor plus controls with a remote app in less than 2 hours. Thanks - happy to give a good review, well earned.

Great services! Mark was complete in 20 minuets. He took the time to check the travel of the door once he was completed as well. I am a operations manager at a construction company and it was nice to see professional work with a great attitude even though he knew he had to work late this night If all the employees have the same professional attitude as Mark this company is doing something right.

I have used Precision in the past for minor repairs. I recognized a potentially big problem and immediately called Precision. Marcus called the day of the appointment and asked if he could come earlier. He was there a half hour before the scheduled time and done in an hour. He replaced the springs and garage door openers. Marcus explained everything and showed me exactly what he was doing. He greeted my daughter and played with my dog, just a good guy. The cost was exactly what Marcus said it would be and very acceptable. I will be using Precision again in the future!

Two sides of a story - unfortunately, we experienced a broken spring today - but the upside is that Precision Garage Service handled the job expediently, professionally and courteously. Our technical (Sal) communicated several times via phone to let us know his schedule and when he'd arrive - once on-site, he explained the job in detail and answered all questions/concerns I had.
