Randy is a good salesman and an excellent technician. He took the time to explain the new unique hardware supplied by Precision and we ended up to have him replaced all the cables, springs, rollers, and safety cables in all our three garage doors. Although it was a little bit pricy, the garage doors are now running smoothly and quiet. With the life time warranty, this should be a good investment. Randy also worked expertly and efficiently way into the night to make sure the work was completed within a reasonable time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, no nonsenses, and eager to pass along his knowledge and expertise. Very happy to have him to help us fix our garage doors. Will pass along the news to our friends and make referral in the future.

My garage door wouldn't open on a holiday weekend. When I called, the phone was answered right away. I was given an appointment for that same day. I was given a timeframe when the technician would show up. Justin was able to diagnose my broken spring right away. It took him about 45 minutes to install new springs. Very happy with my service.

When a spring broke, I called Precision Garage Doors and they sent a repair person on an emergency call at 9;00 PM. Rather than make a costly repair on thee old wooden door, we opted to get a new Clopay garage door. After a two week wait, while the door was being manufactured, a technician came with the new door and had it installed in about two hours. It looks great and operates very well. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone that asks.
