Very nice company to deal with. Made the appointment over the phone on the first call. Carlo my Tech called me ahead to let know on his way. Carlo also went over all issues I had and pricing to fix them. Work completed quickly and door works much better than before. Replaced a broken spring and all rollers without any problems. Great services! Mark was complete in 20 minuets. He took the time to check the travel of the door once he was completed as well. I have used Precision in the past for minor repairs. I recognized a potentially big problem and immediately called Precision. Marcus called the day of the appointment and asked if he could come earlier. He was there a half hour before the scheduled time and done in an hour. He replaced the springs and garage door openers. Marcus explained everything and showed me exactly what he was doing. He greeted my daughter and played with my dog, just a good guy. The cost was exactly what Marcus said it would be and very acceptable. I will be using Precision again in the future!
