I appreciate that your company worked with me when I was out of town and my son called to tell me our double garage door wouldn't open. This was on a Thursday night and when I called on Friday to get an appointment, one was made for the next day, Saturday. I didn't get back in town until Saturday night, but everything worked out where the technician called me when he was on the way to my house and my son met him there. After diagnosing the problem, Damon called to give me the options to fix it; after fixing it, since I wasn't there to pay him, he emailed me the bill and I mailed the check when I got home.
