Had an emergency with garage door and could not get me wife car out.. looked online and saw Precision's web site which looked very professional compared to others.... Took a chance an called them.. to my benefit it was the right call... They advertise what they do and how they charge and I did not feel taken advantage of because I had an emergency. The rep text me when he was on his way with his profile picture name and some accomplishments... He showed up aligned with the ETA provided and did an amazing job.. Precision’s call center immediately answered my call and scheduled me for a same day repair window just three hours later. In actuality, technician Marcus called then appeared just over an hour later. He suspected a broken spring but found a much less complicated & quicker fix which works perfectly.
