Tim was very professional. Followed Covid-19 protocols. Walked me through what he would be doing. On inspection, he noticed one of my springs was in very much need to be replaced. He gave me a detailed estimate. When I mentioned I would call to set up an appointment to have it done, he said he actually could do right then. Fast, proficient and walk me through again after all the work was completed. would recommend your company highly.

My garage door spring broke in the morning and the team came out that afternoon to perform the repair. The repair was completed in under an hour with no issues and at a very reasonable price. I called Precision to get an estimate on a garage door repair. That very same day Damon came out to give me an estimate on the repairs. He was extremely polite, professional, honest, and knowledgeable and he even showed me how to re-program my door openers. I work for a large corporate company and I know what great customer service is when I see it, and this young man is a prime example of just that! Great company and even better employees! Highly recommended!
