Two comments: -$20 energy surcharge + service call fee - gas a lowest price in two years. Should be part of service fee. -My second spring was not broken but I agreed to replace unit - cost for second spring should be reduced because torsion bar and end pulley had to be removed to replace broken spring.
Nathan, Our apologies about the misunderstandings. Hope to continue our service with you in the future!
