Hello, The webpage was very nice....almost too much to believe, but I did notice the BBB symbol......and we decided to try your service. We are older and have seen too much false advertising through-out our lives that didn't live up to the initial presentation. I must say that we are greatly impressed with your company and especially the tech, Tim, who came to our house. He was polite, knew what to do, answered all of our questions and presented choices fairly. We did decide to go for the little upgrade(new springs and ball bearing rollers) beyond the initial gear replacement call. He is a '5' star employee. Dan, Tim worked steadily and is very good. My opener of over 15 years stopped working on a cold snowy night. I inquired on Monday evening and they had an appointment as early as Tuesday morning! I scheduled for Wednesday morning which worked for me. Marcus came out and gave me a few options with repair or replace my opener. I chose to have a new opener installed rather than repair a very old and tired one. Quick service and Marcus was great. The repair took just over one hour to complete. I would definitely recommend Precision and Marcus to family and friends.

Excellent customer service!. I called for a service call on my garage door opener which had not been opening the door for a few days and which, of course, caused my family to be locked out of the house (we use the garage like a front door and do not keep a key with us, which will change). Of course, when Tim Kronenberger, the technician, arrived everything was working so I have an intermittent problem. Tim spent time to check the functionality of the opener and went over the available options in detail, from leaving it alone to see how it behaves to multiple variations of replacement openers. No pressure at all. I chose to remove the probable problem and have a belt driven opener installed. Very quiet operation. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone that has a need and I appreciate Tim's professionalism and attention to detail. Very nice experience!

Great same day service! The technician tried the door one more time before leaving after he serviced it, and it didn't work!
