I was in a panic when I didn't have a clue why my garage door wouldn't open until a neighbor was kind enough to come over to check it out. He told me the spring was broken and there would be no way to get my car out of the garage. (This was on a Sunday evening around 4:40PM) He recommended Precision Garage Doors and when I called, Theresa was very helpful, sent an email to confirm and a photo of the technician assigned to arrive between 6-8PM. He called and arrived within a half hour, went over the repair and costs and took less than an hour to make the repair...I am VERY satisfied and will use them in the future.

Exceptionally pleased with service of my technician. He took the time to inspect the entire garage door opener, recommended and explained the new system he was installing, and was precise and very quick on the entire installation. He also checked the rollers on the door track, cleaned up without a trace and was done within an hour. The new remote pad makes it a lot easier to access entry to the garage. Great Job!!
