I was happy to find someone that could service our garage door on the weekend. Not only did Precision come out on a Saturday but they were able to come after 6pm once I was home from work. The service tech Ben was a nice guy, got the job done quickly, and made sure that we were happy. We also felt that the price was fair for being one of the few garage door companies that you can reach on a weekend.

After (literally) over a year of procrastinating, I finally got fed up with standing in the rain and pressing the button multiple times before my garage door would shut all the way, I finally called Precision. Aaron called ahead of time and within minutes of arriving he diagnosed the problem. He told me my options and I chose the one he recommended. In my head I was already planning when I'd take a day off work to get the problem resolved, but that wasn't necessary as Aaron fixed my door on the spot, at 7pm. He was in and out within a half hour and now my door closes like a dream, no longer waking our newborn. I'll definately recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door maintenance or repair. A+!

I had an emergency with my garage door on a Saturday night. I called Precision and was completely satisfied with the immediate response and service I received. After my initial phone call around 8:00 PM, my garage door cables were replaced by 9:30 PM. Very prompt and courteous service.

The technician George came and looked at an old opener at our business that was not working correctly. Since it was an old commercial opener I was figuring it would be hard to get parts for or repair--which it was. He was there over an hour from start to finish and since he wasn't able to fix the problem he did not charge for the inspection. I usually do not give online reviews but George did a great job and I would use them again in the future.

New to the community and the house, I walked in off the street to your office hoping someone could come take a look at a 25 year old garage door and opening system. Your office staff was very professional and helpful. A service technician was able to make a service call on the same day and fix the door on the same day. We did request the work be split into two days and Marcus easily accommodated our scheduling needs. Marcus repaired an outdated opening system, replacing rollers, springs, a garage door opener & adding much needed safety equipment. We are very happy with how our garage door works now! Marcus was prompt, personal and professional. He is very knowledgeable of your product and what was needed to make the door operate more efficiently and what was needed to bring the door up to code.
