Very pleased with our repair. I called in the morning and Aaron was here by early afternoon. He was knowledgeable and gave me several options. He also did not try to pressure me into buying more than I needed. The repair was done quickly and reasonably. I would use you again and recommend you. I like the individual reviews on the technicians on the website and the email confirmation of the service call.

I have used Precision garage door service at my business form many years. They took care of all my repairs and maintenance at Old Time Coffee Inc in McKees Rocks. Over the years they have installed new springs on my home garage, Installed two new doors on a new garage i built. And i am now using there service for my Town Home Rentals. They recently repaired two 41 year old doors by installing new rollers and springs along with installing two openers. Being a Business owner for over 35 years i can tell you i appreciate the good PROMPT service.

The technicians came out and new within 10 minutes what the issue was. Our door was unusually loud when opening and more often than not, got stuck every other time about 1/8th going up. Because we had the 5 year warranty the replacement was inexpensive and done in a very fast and professional manner. I can only recommend this company again.

A misunderstanding as to the cost when I talked to the person in the office. I thought she was quoting on two springs that I said we needed when supposedly it was on each one. Tom called the office and we finally agreed to have the work done. Tom was very personable and professional and we truly appreciated getting the work done last evening instead of today and Tom called ahead and showed up on time, putting in late hours of work.

Timothy came on time, was extremely courteous, and seems to have repaired the problem very satisfactorily. I don't think the rating "gorgeous" really describes our garage door, but we'd give five stars on the basis mentioned above.
