I approached a service technician who was in his service van in the parking lot of a Giant Eagle. I explained the problem that I was having with my garage door. He could not have been any nicer. He provided me with the 1-800 business card and said that he would likely be the one to come out and work on my garage door. When I called to schedule the appointment,the process was quick and easy. In less than two days (it would have been faster, but my schedule did not allow for me to be at home for two days)my garage door was working again and the bill was very reasonable. I will use Precision again and will highly recommend them to others.

I needed my keypad replaced on my garage door. I had recently bought the house and had never had the door serviced. Not only did Tim replace the keypad, he adjusted the door, oiled all the hinges, and advised me of what would need replacement in the future. He was professional, on time, and pleasant. Thank you for the excellent service and the very knowledgeable technician. He answered all of my many questions and was very helpful even though it was late on a snowy Sunday evening. I needed the door repaired because I am going out of town on business and did not want to leave it to my wife to have to have repaired. I am typically a do it yourself kind of guy but when it comes to a garage door spring, I leave it to the professionals. Your company was not the cheapest option but the 24 hr. service and all of the parts needed to repair the door, this was definitely the best option for me. The door works smoother and quieter after he balanced the springs and adjusted the opener. Thank you for your prompt and adequate service in our time of need. This was exactly what I expected as I used your company at my last house. You did not let us down. Thank you again.
