She made sure that my needs were met and followed up with me right away. You talk about quick and efficient! They had a technician out here the next morning!!! Tim was both professional and friendly, and provided excellent customer service. Service was fast and well done. I was disappointed that you would only guarantee the springs I had installed for only 90 days. Sounds like you don't have much faith in your product.

Mr. Wooster, As discussed during the service call, you had some other parts on your door that were failing, ie. rollers pulleys and cables. Since these parts all work together, we cannot warranty our springs due to the other parts on the door possibly compromising our springs. In fact, we do offer a lifetime warranty on those very same springs as long as you have the whole overhaul completed. Per our discussion, you are getting new doors in the summer, so the overhaul would not have made much sense for your situation. I hope you can understand this and I assure you, that your springs are of good quality. Please be sure to call us for an estimate when you are ready, as we do offer a lifetime warranty option with our new doors as well. Thank you very much for the business and we would look forward to servicing you in the future.
