We had been pleased with previous maintenance service performed by Precision, so called on you again when the sprocket in our old opener broke. Scheduling was easy and my wife really appreciated the email with the photo of the serviceman who was scheduled to come so she knew who to expect. He gave me a very nice summary of the options and costs from fixing the 14 year-old opener to replacing it with the same type to upgrading to the top-of-the-line belt drive. We chose the latter and installation was quick and he took the time to explain the new features and differences. He left the garage as clean as he found it. We couldnâ??t have asked for better service and will be sure to call back if we ever need maintenance on the new opener or the existing garage door. Thanks.

The technician that came to our home was very professional and knowledgeable. He called prior to coming and was actually running ahead of schedule and was able to come earlier than the time frame we were expecting him to arrive. The phone center receptionist was very good. Your response was within an hour, on a Sunday, the representative was incredible observant and found the real problem, all the parts were in the truck, and within 45 minutes the garage door was fixed.

My out of warranty keypad broke. The Service Technician arrived on time (in the evening, so he was on my schedule), charged me only for the keypad, and used a coupon to cover labor and a service on the door. While he was there, he also programmed my car to open my garage door. I was completely satisfied with the quality of the service.

This is the second time that we had work performed from Precision, the first time was replacing our springs with a torsion spring. This time we had a new garage door opener installed.
