OVER-ALL SERVICE WAS WAY MORE THAN I EXPECTED. WISH OTHER COMPANIES WERE HALF AS EFFICIENT.

Quick arrival and knowledgeable, personable technician. My only complaints are the extremely high cost and the fact that the opener and door were not all considered one unit so that anything that needed to be repaired could be done and it would all be covered under one warranty. Especially considering the cost.

The garage door is a separate, luxury item added to the door so the customer does not have to lift the door manually. Garage doors are purchased as separate items and although they work together, the work performed on your door does not fix any issues your opener may have in the future. Therefore, it would be impossible for Precision to warranty a garage door opener since no repair work was done to the opener and Precision did not install said opener.

Precision Garage services was great! The the tech,Chris, was right on time, pleasant and professional. He quickly determined the problem, explained the problem and what was needed to fix it and then fixed it in no time. Would call Precision again!!

We love the garage door and Chris the installer was very professional. The one thing that we don't like about the product is the remotes. The silver clip on the remote opener is not secure and continues to fall out of the device. If I could make one recommendation, it would be to improve that.

I was pleased with the technician and the service and arrival as scheduled, my only comment is when I called and inquired about the service fees, I was not advised of the so called fuel surcharge, I thought this was a bit misleading..as I was told the service fee was waived only after I was indicating I might go elsewhere, but nothing was said about the other charge...
