The repairman gave me a diagnosis of the problem which was the old garage door opener gears were bad and the circuit board was shot. He also said the garage torsion springs needed replaced and he could not replace the opener without replacing the worn springs.

I am totally satisfied with the service I received from your technician. He fixed the problem with my garage door immediately and then checked the door and found that it was closing too hard. We had a garage door emergency 5 days before Christmas. Precision was the first company I called and they responded immediately with an exact estimate and replacement suggestions. The personnel were extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring and had both doors replaced 2 days before the holiday! The technician also corrected several issues with our garage door openers. The service was exceptional and we are extremely thrilled with the new doors. MICHAEL WAS A GREAT INSTALLER AND EXPLAINED THE DOORS OPERATION WELL. I AM A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE APPEARANCE OF THE TOP PANEL, AS THERE IS AN IMBALANCE BETWEEN THE SIZE OF THAT PANEL AND PANEL BELOW.

I chose Precision for my garage door maintenance because I used their service once before to repair a broken garage door spring several years ago. They are available nights and weekends and do quality work. Tim arrived on time and performed a 25 point safety check and general maintenance on my garage door. Tim was very knowledgeable, courteous and offered suggestions and recommendations.

I have been most happy with this company. First of all, I was able to secure a same-day appointment. On this visit, I thought we would need a replacement opener; however, the technician told me that just some simple adjustments would need to be made, and that most of them were under warranty since we were repeat customers. We had $500 worth of work done for a little over $100. I can see why they are so popular.

Our garage door spring broke on a Saturday night. Precision was there on Sunday to fix it and without a "special charge for weekend service." The technician was friendly, informative and skilled at his job. We were very pleased with the service performed and would not hesitate to use Precision again.

The service technician was here timely, with all of his tools and ready to get busy. Great salesman also, as he had everything he needed in his truck and made suggestions for needed upgrades. Very neat, clean and organized!! Great job. The only downside is the price... Quite expensive, however, that's just the way it is sometimes.

I just had the doors installed yesterday. Michael did an absolutely wonderful job! He has a very high work ethic and is an excellent craftsman. I would have given you guys "five stars", but I rate pretty hard (smiling). I just wish that I didn't have to wait so long to get the doors installed (over a month), and they are a bit expensive; however, if they hold up and work properly I will be pleased. See me in about ten years for that final star (smiling). Thanks for your service!
