I called Precision on a Friday morning explaining my problem, this was after I had called a couple of other places. The other places told me that it would be Monday before they could anything for me. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told by the young lady that took my call that a technician would be at my house later in the day. I was floored when the technician told me that he could do the work at that time. The work included overhauling both of my garage doors and installing a new garage door opener. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the technician, as well as his knowledge. He didn't seem to mind me asking him a lot of questions while the work was being done. Needless to say, I was very pleased with the experience and I'll certainly call Precision again when the need arises.

Chris was extremely professional and courteous taking the time to explain what he was doing. Even though it was his last call of the day at 8:30pm he still took care to ensure the job was done right and that the garage door functioned as it should. He even took the time to check the springs that Precision installed a few years ago and adjust them for no charge. By the way this is my second very positive experience with your company. Next year we have two new garage doors in the budget and we will be buying them from Precision only. It is because of the great care we got from Chris, as well as how well you take care of us and we haven't even bought anything from you yet. We had it since 1993, and listened to his suggestions. Chris installed the new opener pds4500e/pds-4700e and discussed the lifetime warranty. He was very professional, friendly and neat . I am so glad we called Precision. I originally had an appointment with another company but they couldn't come for 3 weeks. My husband found an ad for Precision and we called them. First of all, I love that there is no automated system to go through to make an appointment. The phone rang and a person picked up right away! Their technician, Tim, came to our home the next day and took care of everything on the spot. We had a bad circuit board in our garage door opener so that was fixed quickly. The technician also pointed out multiple safety issues with our garage doors such as loose hardware, the pulley system, faulty springs. I never looked at or noticed these things before but he was absolutely right. I really appreciated that he did not pressure us to fix them immediately, but pointed it out for future reference. We appreciated his professionalism and no pressure approach and decided to have both garage doors fixed also. He was able to do that right after the circuit board. I couldn't believe how friendly he was and that he was able to do everything on site. Our garage openers work perfectly now, our doors are so much smoother and quieter opening and closing since he fixed both of those too, and I have peace of mind knowing that they are not a safety issue any longer. I would recommend Precision to anyone and everyone, as I can't remember the last time a company exceeded my expectations in both products and service.

Every time someone comes to the house they comment on how quiet the garage door opener is. It is the best!!. We had the new motor installed about 6 years ago and is fine. Just needed a new bottom panel, electronic eyes,and rollers replaced this time. The repairman, Tim, was on time, curtious and quick. I can't say a bad thing about the company. Keep up the good work.
