I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you about the great service we got from Chris Short. We had service performed by Chris on July 21. Chris was extremely professional and courteous taking the time to explain what he was doing. Even though it was his last call of the day at 8:30pm he still took care to ensure the job was done right and that the garage door functioned as it should. He even took the time to check the springs that Precision installed a few years ago and adjust them for no charge. By the way this is my second very positive experience with your company. Next year we have two new garage doors in the budget and we will be buying them from Precision only. It is because of the great care we got from Chris, as well as how well you take care of us and we haven't even bought anything from you yet. This is truly unheard of that you take such good care of not only your customers that purchase from you but also your service customers like me. You have truly earned out business. We are very satisfied with our new garage door opener. Chris A. arrived within the hour, after we call from you big ad in the phone book.He checked everything we had and said the screeching we heard was the motor wearing out. We had it since 1993, and listened to his suggestions. Chris installed the new opener pds4500e/pds-4700e and discussed the lifetime warranty. He was very professional, friendly and neat . Now our new opener is very quiet and secure. Were were very pleased with your service at Precision , and will call you for our future door needs.

I am so glad we called Precision. I originally had an appointment with another company but they couldn't come for 3 weeks. My husband found an ad for Precision and we called them. First of all, I love that there is no automated system to go through to make an appointment. The phone rang and a person picked up right away! Their technician, Tim, came to our home the next day and took care of everything on the spot. We had a bad circuit board in our garage door opener so that was fixed quickly. The technician also pointed out multiple safety issues with our garage doors such as loose hardware, the pulley system, faulty springs. I never looked at or noticed these things before but he was absolutely right. I really appreciated that he did not pressure us to fix them immediately, but pointed it out for future reference. We appreciated his professionalism and no pressure approach and decided to have both garage doors fixed also. He was able to do that right after the circuit board. I couldn't believe how friendly he was and that he was able to do everything on site. Our garage openers work perfectly now, our doors are so much smoother and quieter opening and closing since he fixed both of those too, and I have peace of mind knowing that they are not a safety issue any longer. I would recommend Precision to anyone and everyone, as I can't remember the last time a company exceeded my expectations in both products and service.

Every time someone comes to the house they comment on how quiet the garage door opener is. It is the best!!. We had the new motor installed about 6 years ago and is fine. Just needed a new bottom panel, electronic eyes,and rollers replaced this time. The repairman, Tim, was on time, curtious and quick. I can't say a bad thing about the company. Keep up the good work.

The fact that Precision is a nationally know company that stands behind their work was a major factor in giving them a call. Tim is friendly and knowledgeable representative and was able to repair and update our garage door quickly. The only problem with the service was the late arrival - because of his problems earlier in the day on another project.

I called because I thought the door need to be adjusted or something...it was "behaving" funny...Brian arrived right on promptly...and as always was extremely friendly...he assured us the door only need routine maintenance and it was not in need of any major repair.
