I had a positive experience, beginning with the phone call. Ryan responded promptly to my service request, which helped me to make the most of my day off. He was efficient in completing a repair on a broken track wheel, answering my questions in a pleasant manner. He performed an adjustment on the closing mechanism as a courtesy. He provided information about how the door works and the purpose of the safety cables. I would call this company again if the need should arise.

Professional, courteous, customer oriented. We have used Precision twice now, for our garage doors. Both of our doors had broken springs and cables, 2 yrs apart. The technician looked over our doors, provided a detailed list of what services would be preformed and price. The work was done with in the time frame given, I was shown the work that was done and the parts that were removed. Since we had work done previously, our tech checked the previous work to make sure that it was still in good working order.
