I called because I thought the door need to be adjusted or something...it was "behaving" funny...Brian arrived right on promptly...and as always was extremely friendly...he assured us the door only need routine maintenance and it was not in need of any major repair. Thank goodness. He is always so calm and knowledgeable. He taught us that we can in fact help keep the door oiled and maybe not need to call again so soon. I think you have a wonderful employee and I want you to know that he is the type of person that people enjoy having come to their homes when a service person is needed. The fact that Precision is a nationally know company that stands behind their work was a major factor in giving them a call. Tim is friendly and knowledgeable representative and was able to repair and update our garage door quickly. The only problem with the service was the late arrival - because of his problems earlier in the day on another project.

We called your company about 1 1/2 years ago on a frigid January Sunday evening when we came home and found the springs & cable broken & the door shut - with cars inside. Same as this time, the technician came in about an hour or so and fixed the problem. That's why I suggested calling again this last Sunday. Good customer service. Brian was very nice & showed me how to open the door manually, which I've had a problem doing before.

Precision was able to come out right away to handle our garage door repair. Tim was a very good technician who knew what the problem was right away. The quality of his work was very good too! Precision was a little on the expensive side but the work is backed by a life time guarantee and the BBB. Again the quality of work was obviously very good and I would rather do business with a company that backs their work and will be around for a long time.

My garage door had been giving me trouble for a few months and I knew I had to have it looked at. I had seen and heard the Precision Garage Door commercials on TV and radio and figured I'd give it a try. I called and was given an appointment for the next day. I explained I had that day off, and my request for same day service was honored. The technician took a look and explained that the door would need repaired and the pulleys and springs were shot. He demonstrated how the door was not working properly and what would be needed to repair it and the price. After I agreed, I wanted to give him the check right away. He told me to hold off to make sure I was satisfied with the service before paying. His work was fast and efficient, and when done, he explained again what he did and demonstrated how the door was now working well. He also have me the option of keeping the old parts or having him dispose of them, which I appreciated. Tom was very kind, polite and personable. I enjoyed talking with him. After leaving, he even came back and double checked something he thought he'd forgotten. Other than having to put out $619-OUCH!!, I was very happy with the service. The door is working beautifully and I will use Precision again, if needed and will recommend it to others. Thank you.
