Ryan was on time and very thorough. He described the issues with the garage in a manner that was easy to understand. I chose Precision Garage because you charged a flat rate (plus parts) to come out as opposed to an hourly rate. Thank you. My garage door works perfectly now!

I was very happy with the service by Precision. I recently moved into a home that had some issues with one of the garage doors. My service Tech Tom Constantin was very helpful and gave me a good explanation of what I had, how things should work, and gave me a plan to correct the problem. Upon approval to do the work, Tom corrected the issue in a short period of time and I was extremely happy with the repair.

Please get the name right, Michael Davis not Mike Davies. Service had corrected the problem I identified as the broken spring with no problems. The warranty only stated being covered for 90 days instead of a lifetime warranty as advertised for those parts?
