Tim was very honest & provided enough detail & options which allowed me to make an informed decision. We were very pleased with the promptness of service (came the next morning after we called). We thought we would need new garage door openers, but the technician accurately recognized that the problem was our door hardware instead. The technician that came to repair our garage door was punctual and within the window of time given for the day of the scheduled repair. He was very efficient and conscientious with the removal of the old door lock and handle as well as putting on the new replacement. He tested the replacement thoroughly to make sure it was working efficiently and without any problems. He also made a small adjustment on the track to allow easier locking. When finishing the job, he did a thorough clean up of all the old materials and the packaging of the new pieces. I was very pleased with the technicians efficiency and pleasant personality in observing the work being done. I would not hesitate to call you company in the future should any additional garage door maintainance need to be done in the future.

When our garage door was making a lot of noise, we called for service. The appointment time was convenient to our schedules. Tim worked on the repair while I was at work and called to discuss while I was on my way home. Since I was 5 minutes from home, he waited. In the meantime he looked into a past repairs from 3 years ago and determined that this repair fell under the lifetime warranty and there was no charge. He could have easily told me otherwise or not even asked about prior work on the door. Both service visits were professional and exceeded our expectations!

Bill Jack did outstanding work for our broken garage door opener. First he called to say he was AHEAD of schedule; then he was able to diagnose the issue before even looking at the physical opener. In discussing the repair job, it became obvious that for only a couple hundred dollars more, it made sense to install a brand new opener (rather than attempt fixing the old 1996 one). Bill was able to adjust to this called audible, explain all its new features, and actually completed installation quite fast. We are extremely pleased with our upgraded opener & all its capabilities. Now we will no longer wake up the neighbors with a loud opener. I had no idea what I've been missing.
