It started as a service call and ended up me purchasing a new garage door and opener. Jim Todd was the technician and explained to me during the service call how he could fix the things that were not right. Jim also mentioned the benefits of a new garage door vs. the one I had which was 25 years old and how it didn't make sense to spend that much to fix what I had. But Jim said he would do whatever I decided. At no time was there any sales pressure. Jim presented the facts and left me to decide. Michael Cercone and Chuck installed the new garage door and did an excellent job. Very courteous and very neat workers. From start to end everyone was professional. I would recommend Precision to anyone who has issues with their garage door.

My garage door spring cracked and garage door would not work, I referred to Precision because of reading about it on coupon in Clipper then went on line and called, response was quick and repaired that evening just a few hrs. after my call, service was EXCELLENT and quick now sounds like I have a new door even though spring and bearings replaced!

Tim was very honest & provided enough detail & options which allowed me to make an informed decision. While I wasn't quite prepared to pay hundreds of dollars for the needed repairs, in the end Tim was willing to work with me to come to a satisfactory level of service to meet my basic needs. We were very pleased with the promptness of service (came the next morning after we called). We thought we would need new garage door openers, but the technician accurately recognized that the problem was our door hardware instead. The technician that came to repair our garage door was punctual and within the window of time given for the day of the scheduled repair. He was very efficient and conscientious with the removal of the old door lock and handle as well as putting on the new replacement. He tested the replacement thoroughly to make sure it was working efficiently and without any problems. He also made a small adjustment on the track to allow easier locking. When finishing the job, he did a thorough clean up of all the old materials and the packaging of the new pieces. I was very pleased with the technicians efficiency and pleasant personality in observing the work being done. I would not hesitate to call you company in the future should any additional garage door maintainance need to be done in the future.

When our garage door was making a lot of noise, we called for service. The appointment time was convenient to our schedules. Tim worked on the repair while I was at work and called to discuss while I was on my way home. Since I was 5 minutes from home, he waited. In the meantime he looked into a past repairs from 3 years ago and determined that this repair fell under the lifetime warranty and there was no charge. He could have easily told me otherwise or not even asked about prior work on the door. Both service visits were professional and exceeded our expectations!

I chose Precision knowing they would be able to show up in a timely manner and fix the broken hinge/bracket that holds the garage door panels together. Bill Jack was the most professional serviceman who dianosed the issues with my garage door that were causing additional problems.
