I called Precision when one of my garage door openers stopped working. Even in the cold weather and over the weekend, the installer (Marcus) did an excellent job installing the new equipment. I ended up purchasing 2 belt drive openers (nice and quiet) replacing the both the broken opener and the other one that was on it's last leg. Competitive price and terrific service from Precision.

On October 6th of this year I had a serviceman by the name for Dave Miller out to my home to go over my garage door prior to the winter weather ahead. Dave was very professional arrived on time and called after 10 minutes prior telling me he was on his way. Dave was very through going over my garage door and addressed my complaint that was very impressive to me. It was very assuring that I got an email from Precision Garage Door that very morning with pictures of the service technicians so that I can expect who would be coming to my home. I called to have a broken spring repaired. It was very easy to schedule a convenient appointment time. The technicians that arrived were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to explain what was broken and what they replaced and fixed. They were also very helpful in explaining future recommended maintenance. It started as a service call and ended up me purchasing a new garage door and opener. Jim Todd was the technician and explained to me during the service call how he could fix the things that were not right. Jim also mentioned the benefits of a new garage door vs. the one I had which was 25 years old and how it didn't make sense to spend that much to fix what I had. But Jim said he would do whatever I decided. At no time was there any sales pressure. Jim presented the facts and left me to decide. Michael Cercone and Chuck installed the new garage door and did an excellent job. Very courteous and very neat workers. From start to end everyone was professional. I would recommend Precision to anyone who has issues with their garage door.

My garage door spring cracked and garage door would not work, I referred to Precision because of reading about it on coupon in Clipper then went on line and called, response was quick and repaired that evening just a few hrs. after my call, service was EXCELLENT and quick now sounds like I have a new door even though spring and bearings replaced!
