We were very pleased with the promptness of service (came the next morning after we called). We thought we would need new garage door openers, but the technician accurately recognized that the problem was our door hardware instead. He replaced springs.rollers, etc. the same day and now they work as good as new. Will definitely recommend Bill and your company to all of our friends!

The technician that came to repair our garage door was punctual and within the window of time given for the day of the scheduled repair. He was very efficient and conscientious with the removal of the old door lock and handle as well as putting on the new replacement. He tested the replacement thoroughly to make sure it was working efficiently and without any problems. He also made a small adjustment on the track to allow easier locking. When finishing the job, he did a thorough clean up of all the old materials and the packaging of the new pieces. I was very pleased with the technicians efficiency and pleasant personality in observing the work being done. I would not hesitate to call you company in the future should any additional garage door maintainance need to be done in the future.

I chose Precision knowing they would be able to show up in a timely manner and fix the broken hinge/bracket that holds the garage door panels together. Bill Jack was the most professional serviceman who dianosed the issues with my garage door that were causing additional problems. He was kind, considerate, experienced and made all the necessary adjustments needed to make the garage door open and close smoothly. Thanks for a GREAT JOB !!!

When our garage door was making a lot of noise, we called for service. The appointment time was convenient to our schedules. Tim worked on the repair while I was at work and called to discuss while I was on my way home. Since I was 5 minutes from home, he waited. In the meantime he looked into a past repairs from 3 years ago and determined that this repair fell under the lifetime warranty and there was no charge. He could have easily told me otherwise or not even asked about prior work on the door. Both service visits were professional and exceeded our expectations!

Bill Jack did outstanding work for our broken garage door opener. First he called to say he was AHEAD of schedule; then he was able to diagnose the issue before even looking at the physical opener. In discussing the repair job, it became obvious that for only a couple hundred dollars more, it made sense to install a brand new opener (rather than attempt fixing the old 1996 one). Bill was able to adjust to this called audible, explain all its new features, and actually completed installation quite fast. We are extremely pleased with our upgraded opener & all its capabilities. Now we will no longer wake up the neighbors with a loud opener. I had no idea what I've been missing.

I needed a garage door tortion spring replaced in the home that my wife and I purchased in July. I contacted Precision and scheduled an appointment, which they were very accommodating. The woman that scheduled the appointment was very friendly and covered everything that I needed. The day prior to I was sent an email with the technician's name and bio so I know who to expect at my home(nice touch). Our technician (Bill Jack) called before hand to let us know he would be there in 20-30 minutes. Bill was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. He really took the time to make sure that my wife and I were comfortable with the costs associated with the repair and that we understood what he was doing at any time. After our torsion springs were replaced Bill found that the motor was bad in our garage door opener. Bill provided us with a few options their, we ended up replacing the unit. Although it was an unexpected expensive cost we are very pleased with the new unit. Bill did a great job with the repair, replace, and education on maintaining the product in the future. I am beyond pleased with this experience. I would most definitely refer Precision to friends and family and certainly use them a future needs. Thank you!!!

Quick arrival and knowledgeable, personable technician. My only complaints are the extremely high cost and the fact that the opener and door were not all considered one unit so that anything that needed to be repaired could be done and it would all be covered under one warranty. Especially considering the cost.

The garage door is a separate, luxury item added to the door so the customer does not have to lift the door manually. Garage doors are purchased as separate items and although they work together, the work performed on your door does not fix any issues your opener may have in the future. Therefore, it would be impossible for Precision to warranty a garage door opener since no repair work was done to the opener and Precision did not install said opener.
