I cannot remember the technician's name, but he was very informative. He seemed to know the ins and outs of repairing a garage door. My door is old and the wrong spring was on it. The cable broke so the technician suggested that I get the package deal with the 5 year warranty. I am very satisfied with my experience with Precision and will definitely recommend them.

Can't recall the name of the technician, but he was a little younger, dark hair and kind of a beard -- lives in Connellsville. I liked him a lot. He was pleasant, sociable and appeared very knowledgeable and efficient. He is a good employee.

I needed a new garage door badly. The salesperson never push but did explain everything very well . I barely knew the installer. I think his name was Charlie was even in my home except for the noise of the power tools .I love my new door ;it fits and is SO quiet when it opens. I love the fact that if my sons come and I'm not home they can get in.
