I was extremely pleased with the ease of appointment times (6:30am) so that I could get to work on time and the 2 technicians who finally installed the door were very professional, hardworking guys and I appreciated that they were very meticulous about cleaning up when they were done and that the garage door installation was perfect. If I had one complaint it would be that the garage door took a little long to order but that really was not (thankfully) a major inconvenience.

I needed a new garage door badly. The salesperson never push but did explain everything very well . I barely knew the installer. I think his name was Charlie was even in my home except for the noise of the power tools .I love my new door ;it fits and is SO quiet when it opens. I love the fact that if my sons come and I'm not home they can get in.

The technician was very friendly and explained the product functions before he started the installation. When he completed the job he walked me through all the functions and even help me set up the garage door opener in my car. The garage door opener is so quiet you can't heat it at all and with the newborn twins room right over the garage,,,,thats IMPORTANT HIghly recommend the product and company

I cannot remember the technician's name, but he was very informative. He seemed to know the ins and outs of repairing a garage door. My door is old and the wrong spring was on it. The cable broke so the technician suggested that I get the package deal with the 5 year warranty. I am very satisfied with my experience with Precision and will definitely recommend them.
