My out of warranty keypad broke. The Service Technician arrived on time (in the evening, so he was on my schedule), charged me only for the keypad, and used a coupon to cover labor and a service on the door. While he was there, he also programmed my car to open my garage door. I was completely satisfied with the quality of the service.

We were very pleased with the service we received and the speed that our garage door hardware was replaced. This is the second time that we had work performed from Precision, the first time was replacing our springs with a torsion spring. This time we had a new garage door opener installed. Both times we have been pleased with the people on the phone scheduling the work, the timing of work and the technicians themselves. The work performed by the two technicians was excellent! They were also very polite and professional. They not only repaired the original problem (broken spring), but performed other maintenance that will keep my garage door operating maintenance and worry free for years to come.
