Our garage door cable snapped during Labor Day weekend, I think it was late Saturday. Again, I think we called Sunday, expecting an answering machine and wanting to leave a massage; we got a human. Someone can be at your house later today. No premium charge for Sunday or the holiday weekend. Are you kidding me? He came, did the work quite professionally, we have a 5 year warranty. Things happen when you own a home and a company like this makes it that much easier.

George showed up on time and explained to me exactly what was wrong with my current garage doors and took the time to show me why it was important not to just change out the old garage door openers, but to fix and replace my current pulleys/cables and stabilize my tracks as they were loose and causing the doors to wear out the garage door openers. I find it extremely important to deal with people that not only know the product, but have ability to perform the work needed to correct the problem. I would recommend George to anyone. We packed the cars the night before our son was to leave for college, however, when I hit the bottom the next morning so we could leave we had a major problem. The door cable snapped, the rolling pins came flying at us like torpedoes and the door began to buckle. After making a call and explaining we had to get our son to school ASAP the agent had a technicians to our home in less than 45 minutes. He got us out of the garage and showed us what needed fixed. He was fast, knowledgeable and kind. We will recommend Precision to all our friends and neighbors.

Due to lightening strike we had to have a new opener installed. Ryan also performed an overhaul special, correcting our garage door itself. Ryan was very professional and explained everything he was doing. He also made sure we understood how the garage door opener worked and the programming of the remote key-less entry. I called Precision on a Friday morning explaining my problem, this was after I had called a couple of other places. The other places told me that it would be Monday before they could anything for me. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told by the young lady that took my call that a technician would be at my house later in the day. I was floored when the technician told me that he could do the work at that time. The work included overhauling both of my garage doors and installing a new garage door opener. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the technician, as well as his knowledge. He didn't seem to mind me asking him a lot of questions while the work was being done. Needless to say, I was very pleased with the experience and I'll certainly call Precision again when the need arises.

I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you about the great service we got from Chris Short. We had service performed by Chris on July 21. Chris was extremely professional and courteous taking the time to explain what he was doing. Even though it was his last call of the day at 8:30pm he still took care to ensure the job was done right and that the garage door functioned as it should. He even took the time to check the springs that Precision installed a few years ago and adjust them for no charge. By the way this is my second very positive experience with your company. Next year we have two new garage doors in the budget and we will be buying them from Precision only. It is because of the great care we got from Chris, as well as how well you take care of us and we haven't even bought anything from you yet. This is truly unheard of that you take such good care of not only your customers that purchase from you but also your service customers like me. You have truly earned out business. Please again thank Chris for me, as he has been one of the best craftsmen we have had in our home EVER... He is truly a 5 Star Technician! Chris A. arrived within the hour, after we call from you big ad in the phone book.He checked everything we had and said the screeching we heard was the motor wearing out. We had it since 1993, and listened to his suggestions. Chris installed the new opener pds4500e/pds-4700e and discussed the lifetime warranty. He was very professional, friendly and neat . I am so glad we called Precision. I originally had an appointment with another company but they couldn't come for 3 weeks. My husband found an ad for Precision and we called them. First of all, I love that there is no automated system to go through to make an appointment. The phone rang and a person picked up right away! Their technician, Tim, came to our home the next day and took care of everything on the spot. We had a bad circuit board in our garage door opener so that was fixed quickly. The technician also pointed out multiple safety issues with our garage doors such as loose hardware, the pulley system, faulty springs. I never looked at or noticed these things before but he was absolutely right. I really appreciated that he did not pressure us to fix them immediately, but pointed it out for future reference. We appreciated his professionalism and no pressure approach and decided to have both garage doors fixed also. He was able to do that right after the circuit board. I couldn't believe how friendly he was and that he was able to do everything on site. Our garage openers work perfectly now, our doors are so much smoother and quieter opening and closing since he fixed both of those too, and I have peace of mind knowing that they are not a safety issue any longer. I would recommend Precision to anyone and everyone, as I can't remember the last time a company exceeded my expectations in both products and service.
