It started as a service call and ended up me purchasing a new garage door and opener. Jim Todd was the technician and explained to me during the service call how he could fix the things that were not right. Jim also mentioned the benefits of a new garage door vs. the one I had which was 25 years old and how it didn't make sense to spend that much to fix what I had. But Jim said he would do whatever I decided. At no time was there any sales pressure. Jim presented the facts and left me to decide. Michael Cercone and Chuck installed the new garage door and did an excellent job. Very courteous and very neat workers. From start to end everyone was professional. I would recommend Precision to anyone who has issues with their garage door.

I'd be happy to recommend Precision Garage Door Service - they were prompt, professional, friendly, and Tim B. explained everything ... he did an overhaul of our garage door after the spring and cables snapped. Thank goodness no one was nearby at the time, although it certainly sent a shock wave through the room above! Working great and the replacement parts are long-lasting.

We responded to an insert ad for a garage door tuneup. The technician was on time and did a good job of checking everything. Some of the rollers were sticking so he recommended a new set of rollers with bearings and nylon wheels, which we agreed to and he installed them. Doors are now quieter and close tighter.

I chose precision because they were available 24/7 and I had an emergency. The operator set up my appointment for 11pm - 1am. Then, I received an email that said the technician would arrive at my home between 11pm-1145pm. My technician arrived 10 minutes early. He was quick, knowledgeable, professional and very courtious. The customer service is very "customer friendly"!

I am extremely pleased with the product and installation provided by Precision. They had to essentially re-frame the garage opening (the garage was in sad shape) and did a fantastic job at a price lower than what Sears quoted. Tim knows his "stuff".
