I am extremely pleased with the product and installation provided by Precision. They had to essentially re-frame the garage opening (the garage was in sad shape) and did a fantastic job at a price lower than what Sears quoted. Tim knows his "stuff".

Old garage door opener was 25 years old and a chain drive. It was a Crafsman from sears and gave us good service for a long time, the remotes were replaced a few times and that was a downfall. Jim Todd was very nice and knew his stuff about openers. My wife and I are very satisfied with the new one so far and it so quit being a belt drive now. The new one from Precision has very nice features, light switch,child safety sensors on the floor by the door (FOR OUR GRANDCHILD,VERY IMPORTANT TO US. Jim Todd came to our home "EARLY" after a call from him and that was nice. So far my wife and and I would give Jim Todd and Precision Door 10 stars with the unit. Excellent service! Justin was professional and explained and showed us what was broken on our old garage door opener. Without having to make another service appointment, he had a new system on the truck and took care installing the new garage door system that evening. He provided updates as he worked. Our garage door spring broke one evening and we were unable to lower the door. The technician came that same evening and gave us a complete overhaul, replacing everything but the door itself and the track. No high pressure oversell to buy the door also, just what we needed to make it function correctly. He did the work right then. Was very pleasant. I was not uncomfortable having him in my home. The door works like new! Very pleased with the service and would call them again.

STEVE DID A GREAT JOB, HE WAS ON TIME AND VERY EFFICIENT HOWEVER , ONE PANEL WAS WRONG AND WILL NEED REPLACED WITH WINDOWS.

My garage door was getting stuck going up and down. I called to have someone come out and look at it. Tom came out and tested the door and it seemed to be fine but he did notice that some of the wires were frayed. He replaced the frayed wires and tested the door again. He found nothing wrong with the door but did leave me pamphlets on a new garage door opener. He also explained that some of our wireless devices could be causing a problem with the door signal. He is very knowledgeable and did not want to replace our opener for no reason. Thanks Tom!!

We had an overhaul done to our garage door, as it was not opening and closing properly. Tim came and fixed my problem then suggested what we needed done. We scheduled it for two days later.
