Precision was able to come out right away to handle our garage door repair. Tim was a very good technician who knew what the problem was right away. The quality of his work was very good too! Precision was a little on the expensive side but the work is backed by a life time guarantee and the BBB. Again the quality of work was obviously very good and I would rather do business with a company that backs their work and will be around for a long time.

My garage door had been giving me trouble for a few months and I knew I had to have it looked at. I had seen and heard the Precision Garage Door commercials on TV and radio and figured I'd give it a try. I called and was given an appointment for the next day. I explained I had that day off, and my request for same day service was honored. The technician took a look and explained that the door would need repaired and the pulleys and springs were shot. He demonstrated how the door was not working properly and what would be needed to repair it and the price. After I agreed, I wanted to give him the check right away. He told me to hold off to make sure I was satisfied with the service before paying. His work was fast and efficient, and when done, he explained again what he did and demonstrated how the door was now working well. He also have me the option of keeping the old parts or having him dispose of them, which I appreciated. Tom was very kind, polite and personable. I enjoyed talking with him. After leaving, he even came back and double checked something he thought he'd forgotten. Other than having to put out $619-OUCH!!, I was very happy with the service. The door is working beautifully and I will use Precision again, if needed and will recommend it to others. Thank you.

This is the first time that we have done business with your company. Your technician was very prompt and very friendly. Even though there was no way to correct the problem we were having he suggested a way that might work for us. We were very impressed with him and his knowledge! We had called the man who installed our garage door opener and left a total of four messages and no one ever returned our call. The service was excellent. I called on Monday at 7:00 a.m. and was told a technician would be at my house between 8 and 10. Tim phoned before his allotted time to call was up to let me know he'd be there by 10:00 a.m. He was extremely pleasant and thorough and completed his work when he said he would. He explained what he had to do and made sure I didn't have any questions, both before the repair and after. The chassis, springs, cabling, and much of the door hardware needed to be replaced - not what I wanted to hear but the result is outstanding. It should definitely help the resale value when I put the house up for sale in the coming months. Thanks again to Tim for his professional and pleasant manner.

I had a positive experience, beginning with the phone call. Ryan responded promptly to my service request, which helped me to make the most of my day off. He was efficient in completing a repair on a broken track wheel, answering my questions in a pleasant manner. He performed an adjustment on the closing mechanism as a courtesy. He provided information about how the door works and the purpose of the safety cables. I would call this company again if the need should arise.

Professional, courteous, customer oriented. We have used Precision twice now, for our garage doors. Both of our doors had broken springs and cables, 2 yrs apart. The technician looked over our doors, provided a detailed list of what services would be preformed and price. The work was done with in the time frame given, I was shown the work that was done and the parts that were removed. Since we had work done previously, our tech checked the previous work to make sure that it was still in good working order. Precision is a first rate company that provides quality, customer oriented service.
