At All times the technicians have been great,professioal,and thorough. the last visit the gentleman worked on the problem for a long time but unfortunately did not remedy it. i am going to wat for a while to see if there are further changes before calling him back.

My garage door was getting stuck going up and down. I called to have someone come out and look at it. Tom came out and tested the door and it seemed to be fine but he did notice that some of the wires were frayed. He replaced the frayed wires and tested the door again. He found nothing wrong with the door but did leave me pamphlets on a new garage door opener. He also explained that some of our wireless devices could be causing a problem with the door signal. He is very knowledgeable and did not want to replace our opener for no reason. Thanks Tom!!

We had an overhaul done to our garage door, as it was not opening and closing properly. Tim came and fixed my problem then suggested what we needed done. We scheduled it for two days later. The work was done and Tim showed my mother what was done. The door is opening and closing quietly. I also liked that we were sent an email as to the identity of the tech who would be coming. Thanks

The company was recommended to me and I was very surprised they could fix my door on a Saturday, which was the day after it broke. It was good service with a very respectable and personable technician. The price was higher than I expected but with hearing other friends needing repairs every 3-4 years, my cost will be $0.00 since I got the life time warranty. So I think and hope it is worth it. Good job !

i picked precision door service mainly from the yellow page add - liked the fact that off hours were available due to my work schedule. Jim was my technician and he did a great job. Because the only access I have to the garage is through the main door Jim actually crawled through a small side window so we could get the door up. He immediately found all the issues (roller bearings, gear box in the opener) and also had to install a new lock..he did the whole job in an hour and explained everything to me that he was doing..he also showed me the worn / broken parts. the total cost of the job was higher than i anticipated but it was worth getting it done so well and at a time convenient for me. Jim was a nice friendly guy and did a great job.
