We are very satisfied with our new garage door. The only thing I saw different from when I spoke to the guy who completed the estimate was that we weren't able to update the way the rails are put in for the new door to be installed. He indicated we could have it all look so that you didn't have to see the rails so close to our heads. But when the gentleman who completed the installation began installing he indicated that it had to be completed the same way we had it due to the size/height of our garage. But at least the garage door is a lot more quieter than the other one (which he indicated would be the case). We are overall very very pleased. Husband still has to bend his head when he comes in the house door of the garage because of the low rails...

I have never dealt with a company like Precision meaning they confirm the appointment, picture of individual doing the repair...more companies should have this feature. The next day Tim called stating he was on his way. He evaluated the situation and came up with two options and prices. We chose the higher one so it would totally fix our mechanism of the door and am very pleased with his work..it sounds like a brand new door. Excellent worker and would highly recommend Precision. Another excellent feature with Precision is they come with a totally equipped truck...didn't have to get the part and come back like most companies. As you can see I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

I was very pleased with your company from the initial phone contact to the finished repair. The person who scheduled my repair was pleasant and courteous. My repair person, Tim, arrived on time and quickly assessed my problem and informed me of what was needed to fix it. I was a bit surprised at the cost, more than I expected of course, but Tim took the time to explain the details of what needed to be done. Your lifetime warranty and Tim's explanation made the cost less shocking. Our other garage door will likely need work in the near future and I will definitely call on your company again.

Precision has been out to do some repair work before and we were satisfied so we called again when one of our springs broke. Bill came out to do the repair and also recommended a few other fixes - he wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need, he showed us the potential future issues. Since we had been discussing purchasing a quieter garage door opener model we asked Bill about that as well. What sold us was Bill's knowledge of the system/equipment and the fact that he had the equipment with him, was willing to stay to do the work and he was quick to ask us if we had a coupon! He wasn't a "pushy salesman" at all - we asked him questions and he stated the facts.
