Your company installed a new garage door and garage opener on March 27th 2013. Mike the technician was very professional and was a extremely hard worker. It was an all day process removing the old garage door and opener and replacing it with the new materials. I could not be happier with the finished product. Mike cleaned up my garage and instructed me how to use the keyless entry and remotes. Great job. I would recommend your company to anyone.

My first contact with Precision was Labor Day week-end when my commercial garage door would not close. They came within one hour and fixed that problem at a very reasonable rate. Recently they replaced the entire operating system with 14 remotes and did a great job. Everyone at the company is a professional and they are wonderful to work with. I would recommend them highly. The company would get a 5 Star Rating from me.

Jim Todd was very professional, personable, and very knowledgeable in explaining what he was going to do, and all warranties on work performed. I would and have recommended your service to others and will continue to do so in the future. Everything has been first class operation from the first time we called you 4-5 yrs ago at our old house in Vandergrift to our new one in Vandergrift. Keep up the good work.

I'm surprised our original garage door was still covering the entrance to the garage - The tracks were glued to the wall! Mike arrived at our home promptly at 9am, removed the old garage door, framed the opening and properly installed a safe, new garage door! Kudos to Mike for what he had to endure! Plus, he was a cool dude!

Tim, the technician was very professional and had a clear understanding of the problem with my garage door. He explained to me his recommendation and the cost associated with it before any repair work was performed. A complete overhaul of the door and the repair of the garage door opener was the right solution. The door operates fairly quiet and smooth now. I don't have to worry something is going to go wrong every time I opened or closed the garage door with all the noise it used to make. A very good and professional job. I would highly recommend Precision for garage door service.

The process of getting a new garage door and opener was painless through Precision Door Service. The installer was here on time and did put up with me coming to watch the work being done. He answered all our questions and took us through the entire procedure of operating the new system. I love the new door and opener. Thanks for being such a great company.

I have never dealt with a company like Precision meaning they confirm the appointment, picture of individual doing the repair...more companies should have this feature. The next day Tim called stating he was on his way. He evaluated the situation and came up with two options and prices. We chose the higher one so it would totally fix our mechanism of the door and am very pleased with his work..it sounds like a brand new door. Excellent worker and would highly recommend Precision. Another excellent feature with Precision is they come with a totally equipped truck...didn't have to get the part and come back like most companies. As you can see I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
