I had an issue regarding a fee that was not disclosed to me during the initial phone call to Precision. I paid quite a bit of extra money years ago to have a lifetime warranty for their work and was told at that time if anything ever goes wrong with the equipment, there would be no charge. However, when the tech rep came to my home, he informed me of a $39.95 service call charge (something that applies if a tech has to do any work to your door). Having not been made aware of this, I spoke with the President of the company and he was willing to refund that charge due to the miscommunication. It is very rare to find a company like this in today's world and I would recommend them to anyone needing help with their garage door.

Excellent service. Technician showed up on time and walked me through each step and answered all my questions.Had complete overhaul of springs,pulleys,cables and rollers.Upon job completion he walked me through the repairs.Door and opener sound better now then when they were new.

If the star rating was only for the technican and the work performed it would be a 5 star but due to the fact I feel it was very expensive I am giving it a 3 star. If you don't mind paying extra I would definitely recommend them.

Jim was a very professional and competent installer. He recommended that my operner be replaced along with new springs and a pulley. The price he gave me seemed high although I had not contacted competitors. He also refused to just replace the opener and not the springs as he did not believe that would be a good solution. That clinched it for me. The belt drive opener that was installed is unbelievably quiet. Only reason for 4 stars was the price. Maybe in five or ten years that price will look great.

Absolutely great from start to finish. Very courteous and confirmed with an email and the expected technician (Tim Berhnardt) to come and make the repair. Arrived promptly, and gave me the options for repairing or replacing the door. Repairing worked and will last for a while. Plans are to replace the door in a few years when the budget permits, and will certainly call Precision when that day comes. Tim was very courteous and even though it was a bitterly cold day, refused the warm cup of coffee or hot chocolate, saying he had plenty in his truck. I hope so because it was cold!

This company is wonderful. I've never dealt with such an organized, customer service oriented company. I heard their ad on KDKA, called, got an immediate appointment, received an e-mail confirmation (with service providers picture), received a call telling me that he was on the way and would be there at 8:00 am, was there at 8:00 am sharp, friendly, knew what he was doing and then received an e-mail thanking me for using their company. I have given their name to co-workers, friends and family. Would definitely use them in the future.

Such a pleasure. Tim was here on time . He told me what was going on with my openers gave me choices as to how and what could be done and explained how it would be done and how long and what price it would be for each scenario as to how it could be fixed . I decided on getting new openers on both doors as I felt he would do a good job and it would be done and not be a problem for a long time . I placed a service call on 1/23/2013 and was pleasantly surprise to be scheduled the following day for a preventative maintenance check on my garage door. Your service technician, Tim Bernhardt,was professional and took the time to explain how to properly maintain the door by lubricating only the hinges,not the track. He was also kind enough to replace both batteries in my mini transmitters. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to family and friends!

Tom was right on time and diagnosed my problem within 5 minutes. I needed a new garage door opener. He installed a new opener and new bearing rollers as well as a safety feature on the garage door which the old genie didn't have. He finished in about an hour and a half. Tom did a fine job. I recommend him.

My old garage doors had stopped opening and closing. They were falling out of the frame. they were useless. New doors were needed as well; as frames etc. The tech./salesman presented a quote and approx. date of delivery. It was early in the period quoted for arrival and the tech. was promptly installing the doors. I am very happy and satisfied with the tech. the service as well as pleased with the doors.
