I WAS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH DOOR SENSOR, I HAD FIXED A COUPLE TIMES. MY DOOR WOULD NOT CLOSE BECAUSE THE RECEIVING SENSOR WAS NOT LIT. WHEN I CAME HOME FROM WORK THE DOOR WAS OPERATING , BUT THE RECEIVING SENSOR STILL WAS NOT LIT.I CALLED AND SPOKE TO BILL, HE STATED IT WAS LIT WHEN HE LEFT AND THE DOOR WAS WORKING FINE. HE COULD NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THE DOOR WAS WORKING ,BECAUSE IT SHOULD NOT WHEN EITHER LITE IS OFF. REGARDLESS THE DOOR IS WORKING AND THAT'S WHAT I NEEDED.

My very old garage door opener finally failed. I called and an appointment was scheduled for the same day. After an explanation, a repair of a broken part was tried, but the problem was then found to be in the motor. A new opener was installed immediately and is far better than the old one.

He told me the man really worked hard on replacing the spring, I guess they were really rusted on there. I was really Please with the service. I was quoted a price to repair a garage door that was not working properly. Justin also suggested preventive maintenance on my other door so the same situation would not occur with this one. At a later date, he completed the agreed upon work and did so efficiently and on time. He was very pleasant to deal with and the service was exceptional. The price was higher than I had hoped to pay, but his original estimate was consistent with the actual cost.

Very professional and answered all my questions. I had broken springs and cable on the left side. Repairs to fix just the problem would have been $450 but I had less then stellar original parts. I went with the total replacement of the cables, springs and wheels with the lifetime warranty for $700 and very happy with the results and piece of mind. Highly recommend this company.

Outstanding service. Garage door spring had broken. The door is 45 years old and has had minimal maintenance. Justin evaluated the condition of the existing springs, cables and rollers. He recommended an overhaul of the door. He installed new torsion springs, rollers and cables and balanced the door. Justin arrived at the scheduled time, completed the job in the time estimate, cleaned up the area when he was finished. Outstanding job, I couldn't be more pleased with the service. The garage door works better than it has in years. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door repair.

Steve did a nice job removing an old, heavy garage door then installing a new, steel Precision garage door. He encountered a problem with the installation (the take-up spool was blocked by a sewer line); he quickly made the modifications required to get around the obstruction and the door worked fine after his changes. Steve was courteous, quiet, and finished the job in just several hours.

I was impressed with the ease of the appointment process. The repair man, Tim, called and said he was running 30 minutes late due to an unexpected problem from a previous appointment. I appreciated the heads up. Both my doors were inspected and fixed. My main door needed a roller, I must admit I thought you could buy one from Home Depot, but the ones installed are much better quality. My door is opens with ease and sounds quiet. I will recommend Tim and your company to my friends and family. My only issue was the fuel surcharge was not disclosed during the appointment process.

Hi Dan, Your technician, Tim Kronenberger, did a great job in doing what I asked of him. I liked the 90 day warranty, that is a fair amount of time if something is to go wrong that might go wrong. In the event I need further servicing performed, I will surely call Precision. My only negative is the cost of the rollers, I felt that was a little steep, but the work and sound so much more quieter than what I had.
