Tim was very honest & provided enough detail & options which allowed me to make an informed decision. While I wasn't quite prepared to pay hundreds of dollars for the needed repairs, in the end Tim was willing to work with me to come to a satisfactory level of service to meet my basic needs. Garage door opertion was erratic and would not open or close smoothly. Called Friday afternoon and they scheduled for Saturday morning and sent email with picture of service tech they were sending. he arrived on time and replaced the main unit controller and new remote controls and adjusted it so operated very smoothly with out jerkiness. Very good work and pleased with the service.

I was very pleased with the professional way that he sold the new garage door opener to me....explained what was wrong with the old one and gave me positive info why I should purchase a new opener and not fix the old opener. I am very pleased with the new opener....can't even hear when it goes up or down.
