I was very impressed with Precision Door Service. We found their ad in the phone book. They were very professional, and I was impressed with the e-mail they sent me to confirm my appointment. In the e-mail they also displayed photos of their technicians with their names, so that you know who's coming to your door. Very consumer friendly! The Precision tech was punctual and very helpful. We purchased a home and in addition to the garage door malfunctioning, we had no instructions from the former owners or remote openers. The technician explained our system, showed me how to reset the codes, repaired the door and thoroughly checked and lubricated all the moving parts. I would definitely recommend Precision.

We absolutely love our new garage door. It is clean and air tight keeping those nasty stink bugs out! The door opener is almost silent! What a treat. Our installer Mike was polite and efficient and explained everything very well once he had the door and opener installed. Garage door spring was broken... I called them about 3:30pm. Technician was there in about a 5pm, door was fixed in no time, however the fees are quite expansive... strongly recommend Precision Garage Door if you need quick service

Tim was right on time told me what he thought would solve the problem for the long term. I was told it would take about two hours, and after two hours he ask me to come down to the garage and look at what was done.Everything worked well,all was neat and clean and he was gone. I have a lifetime guarantee on the work that was done and am very satisfied. My neighbor recommended them because he had a new garage door installed, and his neighbor also had them install a new door
