We had a spring break on our garage door on sunday the 29th and I called Precision as I had before when the same thing happened. They came within an hour and the door was fixed within 20 minutes. My garage door was mangled beyond repair and the Precision technician was able to get it secured and back in place until a replacement door arrived for installation. They were available the same day that I called and arrived at 1pm - right in the middle of the 12-2pm window that I was given. I was not charged unfair rates - everything was very reasonable and friendly. The experience has been a pleasant surprise.

They did a great job of removing and replacing the garage door and opener. The new door is beautiful and everything works really well and is extremely quiet. It is hard to tell that the door is really going up and down because it is sooo quiet.

Very fast response time (technician came within an hour of my call---- I know that's not always possible due to their scheduling, but wanted to mention it!) He was very friendly, explained everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and gave me a written estimate with recommendations for ways to improve my door in the future (my home builders used a cheap door and did not install it well, so he gave me advice on what to do to keep the entire thing from breaking over the next few years). I highly recommend Precision! :)

Jim Todd certainly knew what he was doing, he quickly identified the problem and developed a solution. He was very efficient and able to complete the repairs quickly. The pricing was more than expected, I could have probably purchased the new parts much cheaper then what I paid but I am not familiar with garage door repairs. I would certainly utilize Precision Door Services again but I will educate myself before agreeing to the cost of new parts.

Tim arrived during the promised time frame. He quickly diagnosed the issue, had the proper springs on his truck, and went to work replacing the spring. He took extra time to verify the door was working correctly and gave a little TLC to my other door which was not broke but needed some oil to quiet a squeak. His service was perfect and timely. Highly recommended.

Justin had the 2nd garage door opener programmed and replaced the piece for the door to go all the way up! The wife and I can both park in the garage without the hassle of getting out and using the keypad and I don't have to worry about hitting the door with the top of my van when pulling in. The technician responded quickly and was very professional. He did a great job fixing our door, which would not go up when the weather turned cold. We had used other companies before, but Precision replaced the rollers with nylon, which has made our door go up and down more smoothly and quietly than ever before!

Appreciated that your company responded to problem without insisting on time and a half like our previous dedicted Co. Citywide did ( they no longer will service our stores ).The door that was repaired did malfunction for a period of about an hour and a half by stopping half way down but has since functioned ok. Your website should make it simple to obtain the local repair #. Overall it took an extra day I assume to get parts but the door was repaired to my satisfaction

Very pleasantly surprised with the responsiveness by the telephone contact to my call on a Sunday. Technician came out later that afternoon!!!! I thought I would have to wait a few days, but no. Very courteous, efficient and reasonably priced service. The technician was very informative and professional. Repair done well, and the door works better than before. I saw your ad on television - when I called I asked if the $39.95 was the ONLY charge. I was told it was. In addition the the safety check and lubrication I needed a new spring. George was very neat, polite and professional. I told him to replace only the one spring which he did. When I got the bill there was a $20.00 surcharge in addition the the $39.95 and the cost of the repairs.

Precision installed a new door March of 2013. Door needed adjusted for proper seal when closed. Good experience, tech was curtious and easy to deal with.
