An appointment window of time was scheduled for the same day that I requested the repair service. The technician was prompt, diagnosed the problem, and repaired the door. He was also polite. The repair (broken torsion spring) was successful and the door has never opened/closed as smoothly as it does now. Brian did a great job of picking and installing the correct springs. I chose Precision based on your Yellow Pages ad. I called several door repair firms and Precision was the most responsive and eager to help.

service was excellent and thorough. Besides completing the necessary repairs the service technician suggested replacing the rollers with the Teflon type to improve the doors performance which I appreciated. Your yellow page advertisement states 24 hour emergency service(which I luckily didn't need) but the girl who took the call said that only applied to telephone answering.If I would have needed emergency service. I would have had to look further.

George did an excellent job replacing the springs and rollers on my large, heavy garage door. He arrived at the end of a long day and labored far into the night to get the door operational. There were some adjustments that subsequently needed to be made to the door's operation and he returned and made everything perfect.

Tim was very good at diagnosing my problem. I still have a noise in my garage door opener that I never had before. Don't like the noise because I know it shouldn't be there. I was very surprised too that my excess grease from my installation on the garage door opener happened to be in Tim's garbage buck when I went looking for it. Tim did give it back to but but I do find that rather low of him to remove it from MY ladder and place it in his bucket.

I was so impressed with the service I received. I called and the service was repaired that same day. My problem with my garage door was the spring broke and parts had to be replaced. It was done by a professional and knowledgeable repair person. He was the best. I was so glad I called Precision Door service. Thank you again.
