I saw your ad on television - when I called I asked if the $39.95 was the ONLY charge. I was told it was. In addition the the safety check and lubrication I needed a new spring. George was very neat, polite and professional. I told him to replace only the one spring which he did. When I got the bill there was a $20.00 surcharge in addition the the $39.95 and the cost of the repairs.

I believe the installer is relatively new to the company and he was not in the drop down menu below. His first name was John. John was very personable and he was very capable technician. John installed a new garage door opener and the remote keypad. The new opener is working great and we could not be happier with the service that was provided by John - he represented Precision Door Service in a very professional manner!

The garage opener malfunctioned at 6pm after a black out. I was able to call and talk to a human (much appreciated) and get a technician to come at 10:30pm. The responding technician Tim happened to be the one who installed it 2 years ago and was professional, efficient and pleasant. We have always appreciated Precision Service since they installed our garage door opener on the same day we made the request. They are easy to contact, are always available, courteous and have always worked with our non-conventional hours.

Tim Bernhardt arrived early for our appointment and he was immediately aware of what some of the problems were and within 1.5 hours the old rollers were replaced with sealed new ones. He replaced the cables (one had broken)with aircraft rated cables. He checked everything; the track and brackets, lubricated the hinges and checked the opener. His demeanor was professional, friendly, and enjoyable. I highly recommend this Garage Door company to all. The service is professional and personal; the prices were within reason. The technicians that came were very good ,gave me a written estimate and repaired the door opener. They also asked me if I wanted to change the door rollers because they were binding and causing the opener to work harder. They replaced the rollers and readajusted the door and it now works smoother than it ever did.

The service performed was a checkup. The technician was on time and courteous. He adjusted the closing force on the door. When he left the door would not go down. The force was reduced to a point that initiation of closing the door caused the door to reverse and go back up. It took 3 or 4 attempts to get the door to close. I put a call in for the tech but managed to remedy the problem myself. My call was returned promptly but a return visit by the tech was unnecessary.

I was very pleased with the Precision Garage Door Service. When I called to schedule an appt, I was given the option for a specific time which worked out well. George came out to look at my original problem with the opener, gave me suggestions as well as tried options, but the only solution was to replace the opener. It was completed in a timely manner. New door looks good. I did find a dent in the door and you are replacing the panel, but it should have been discovered by the installer and they order a replacement. Not having me call and you look at the pictures to confirm it should be replaced.

I am extremely pleased with then service I receive form Precision. I remember the adds and when the spring on my garage door broke(of course when I had family in from out of town) a technician was here that afternoon and did a great job . This last time I asked if the door could be adjusted and they again were out the same day. Adjusted the door so I am able to get my new car in the garage with no problem. The technician checked the door and did maintenance. Every technician that has been here has been friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable. I am extremely pleased.
