I called late Wednesday afternoon and was told my door (which I could not get open) would be serviced the next morning. Sure enough, the technician called me around 8 AM and was there by 8:30. The door was fixed (rollers, springs, cables and a much needed door brace) that same day. I was never able to open my double door by hand but now that George fixed it I can lift the door without effort if I need to. A great job done well and when they said they'd do it.

Precision repair team came within an hour or two of when I first contacted them. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and excellent at explaining the cause of the problem and the various potential solutions I could choose from. He answered my questions patiently and did NOT make any high-pressure sales pitch. And he had all the parts and equipment available to perform any service that I requested. He and his assistant made the repairs in a timely fashion. I am very glad that a company like Precision exists, and I will recommend them to any other friends who encounter problems with their garage doors, springs, cables, or openers.

Our garage door opener broke free from the ceiling mount around 8:30am with the door up. We called Precision at 9:00 and it was all fixed and usable again by 11:30am the same morning. The technician was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. Brian S. remounted the opener, explained his work and when asked, recommended and priced a new opener with no pressure to purchase (we did not purchase anything new that day). The repair cost was very reasonable and Brian even tightened the springs at no charge as they were a little loose and under a lifetime warranty. (They were installed by Precision about 2 years earlier). We have used Precision before and received the same great service. I would recommend the company to anyone in need of repairs or new products. They really do come the same day and there is a great coupon in the Yellow Pages.

The main reason i use your company is because of Chris, the technician. He is very knowledgeable and his work is organized, efficient and does not leave until the problem is fixed. When I recommend your company I tell them to ask for Chris and you will be satisfied with his work. You are fortunate to have such a person working for you. Sunday emergency. g. door wouldn't come back down. yellow pages and pick who ever adv 24hr service. pick you because of the timing. able to be there earlier than the other advertiser. tech friendly and it turned out to be a simple adjustment of the door frame. charged only what was advertised, check out the whole door and gave an estimate, kind enough to show me how to pull the door shut if electric went out program my zapper. done in 20 minutes and efficient. i would recommend your services to others.
