We decided to replace both doors and the door opener (we only had one). The new doors are great! The openers are very silent and very precise. The installation was done when scheduled. The all system is very efficient. When I decided to choose Precision I looked at the web site, read the reviews and when scheduled the appointment online, I got a call right away. I am very satisfied and would recommend Precision.

I recently replaced both of my openers, tracks, springs, etc... Precision Garage employee, Tim Bernhardt, did a fantastic job. I am so happy with the new openers. They are so quiet. Every time they go up and down I am even more happy with my purchase and your work. Thank you very much!

Technician tried to fix old opener but it was just worn out. He explained my choices for a new opener. I told him how the old door maid a lot of noise and I could not keep cold air out at top. He installed new opener, replaced bad rollers, and got door to fit tight. It cost me more than if I had done it myself with an opener from Home Depot but he did it right and solved all the problems I had had in about two hours.

I was impressed that Jim Todd didn't try to sale me something I didn't need. He gave me some options, but was never forceful. Very professional and I enjoyed the experience. I tracked your company down on-line and will definitely use your company again. Thanks for being so helpful and easy to deal with.
