Cori did a wonderful job with both the estimate and the install of two new garage door openers. She provided us with choices regarding pricing and features and was able to schedule us very quickly for the install, despite freezing temperatures and snow. I appreciated the in-person estimate. We called a few other companies and they were only wiling to give estimates over the phone despite the fact I had a few questions regarding our original doors and repairs we needed on the door seals.
Thank you, Henri-Alexandre, for choosing Precision Garage Door and for taking the time to give us your review. I'm glad to hear that your Technician, Cori, did a wonderful job, gave you a couple options and had your two new motors installed quickly. We know how important it is to have your garage door functioning properly and we will do what it takes to provide that for you. We appreciate your business and look forward to servicing all your garage door needs in the future.

Precision is the best garage door service company a homeowner can find. They provide quick turnaround service within days when others never call back if you call them for service. Precision specialists are extremely knowledgeable and offer repair or replace options and ROI which is impressive. I've used Precision 3 times in 2 different homes and have been completely satisfied and pleased. Failing garage doors in in our first home and now springs in our new home proved to me that Precision is the only responsive and expedient service provider and there is no reason to call any of the others.

Very professional and polite. Did a great job and explained what the problem was and how to solve it if happens again. Also detailed all the check points she was making. I did have a concern about the extra $20.00 for the energy surcharge which was not disclosed to me when I made the appointment. I was told the cost would be $65.00 plus any parts needed. In fact the cost was $85.00. I would suggest you inform your customers of this before hand.
