She provided us with choices regarding pricing and features and was able to schedule us very quickly for the install, despite freezing temperatures and snow. I appreciated the in-person estimate. We called a few other companies and they were only wiling to give estimates over the phone despite the fact I had a few questions regarding our original doors and repairs we needed on the door seals.

Our garage door malfunctioned 11:00 AM on a Saturday morning, made a call to Precision and they were there by 4:00 PM to perform the repair. The repair only took about an hour and the door works great again. I would highly recommend them to others!

Even through I only needed a garage opener they still inspected my garage door to make sure everything was up to par. They also oiled all they hinges with out me asking. When they say same day service they mean it. If i could give them more than 5 stars I would. So if you any thing and I mean anything done to your garage doors call PRECISION

Very professional and polite. Did a great job and explained what the problem was and how to solve it if happens again. Also detailed all the check points she was making. I did have a concern about the extra $20.00 for the energy surcharge which was not disclosed to me when I made the appointment. I was told the cost would be $65.00 plus any parts needed. In fact the cost was $85.00. I would suggest you inform your customers of this before hand.
