I needed a new garage door badly. The salesperson never push but did explain everything very well . I barely knew the installer. I think his name was Charlie was even in my home except for the noise of the power tools .I love my new door ;it fits and is SO quiet when it opens. I love the fact that if my sons come and I'm not home they can get in.

I have been dealing with Precision for a few years now and they never disappoint! The Technicians that visit are always very knowledgeable, caring and very nice people. I recommended them to my family and they came out to replace a 16' door, opener and all the hardware. They did a fantastic job and we are all very satisfied once again!! Precision is flat out the best!! I highly recommend them for all of your garage door needs!

My garage door was mangled beyond repair and the Precision technician was able to get it secured and back in place until a replacement door arrived for installation. They were available the same day that I called and arrived at 1pm - right in the middle of the 12-2pm window that I was given. I was not charged unfair rates - everything was very reasonable and friendly. The experience has been a pleasant surprise.

They did a great job of removing and replacing the garage door and opener. The new door is beautiful and everything works really well and is extremely quiet. It is hard to tell that the door is really going up and down because it is sooo quiet.

New door looks good. I did find a dent in the door and you are replacing the panel, but it should have been discovered by the installer and they order a replacement. Not having me call and you look at the pictures to confirm it should be replaced.

We absolutely love our new garage door. It is clean and air tight keeping those nasty stink bugs out! The door opener is almost silent! What a treat. Our installer Mike was polite and efficient and explained everything very well once he had the door and opener installed.
