To Whom it may concern, I have no way of contacting my salesmen, Michael Cercone, to discuss his quote, questions concerning what I have chosen, and does he carry any door samples in his car that could give me an idea of the garage door texture? I made the mistake of driving from Cranberry to the Imperial facility on Saturday morning thinking it was open. I had discussed this with Michael when he told me that I could see most doors at the facility. I asked about Saturday hours, and he said that would be fine. He gave me a business card but there is no direct contact number on the card for himself, which I find rather interesting. I contacted Precision Doors because my neighbor was pleased with your work. I need some assistance in this matter, or I will shop elsewhere.
