I needed my keypad replaced on my garage door. I had recently bought the house and had never had the door serviced. Not only did Tim replace the keypad, he adjusted the door, oiled all the hinges, and advised me of what would need replacement in the future. He was professional, on time, and pleasant. I chose Precision for my garage door maintenance because I used their service once before to repair a broken garage door spring several years ago. They are available nights and weekends and do quality work. Tim arrived on time and performed a 25 point safety check and general maintenance on my garage door.
