I recently moved into a new home and the garage doors were in need of replacement. I researched different garage door companies and I was mostly impressed with Precision Doors. I particularly liked the background checked employees Tim initially reviewed all options, taking as much time as I needed and Michael meticulously replaced the doors. When I had questions between the time that the order was placed and the doors were installed, I received calls back the same day. I found Precision Door personnel to be very professional and knowledgeable. Great job

I called for service at 8:00 am, and the service technician was there at 11:00am. He explained the problem and the cost to repair up front. He repaired the springs and did so in a very professional manner. Job well done. I would use this service again.

When our garage door was making a lot of noise, we called for service. The appointment time was convenient to our schedules. Tim worked on the repair while I was at work and called to discuss while I was on my way home. Since I was 5 minutes from home, he waited. In the meantime he looked into a past repairs from 3 years ago and determined that this repair fell under the lifetime warranty and there was no charge. He could have easily told me otherwise or not even asked about prior work on the door. Both service visits were professional and exceeded our expectations!

I appreciated the quick repair especially on a Saturday. The service technician was prompt and great to deal with. The reason I ranked this four stars instead of five was the cost of the springs. Your price was three times higher than any other price I could locate on the web.
