With my old wooden garage door rotting out along the bottom panel, I began to look around for a new garage door. I looked at Home Depot and Lowe's but really didn't get a feeling that they knew what they were doing. A number of people where I work recommended Precision Garage Door. Bill Jack came out, measured everything and the door, opener and tracking was ordered. Justin arrived on time and installed the system in about 2 hours. He hardly made any noise and cleaned up the garage when he was finished. The new door and opener are so quiet compared to the old one. Thanks so much for a job well done!

Very nice technicians . Installed door in a timely manor . Happy with end result. Only suggestion would be for them to sweep area to get rid of debris left from removing old door. Found several bolts and screws in garage floor.

The salesman was very helpful and patient answering all my questions. The install technician (Nathan) knew his business and went about it very orderly and took the time needed. A few qlitches needed addressed but I always got a return call almost immediately, Although I sometimes felt like my questions were more of a bother when calling. Aaron Marks did a great job evaluating the condition of my garage door and replaced the springs in a very quick and professional manner. I believe I will have to replace the spring in the near future and I will be calling Precision for the installation.
