Cori made a few minor adjustments and provided routine maintenance to my door that was hanging up intermittently. Cori explained reviewed the history of past services provided by Precision and the things to look for such as our aging opener and future garage door replacement. I will definitely use Precision when I make these future upgrades. I have never had a service technician provide less than excellent customer service from your company.

Showed up when they said they would. Our technician (George R.) explained the issue, went over the possible solutions in very clear language and made the repair very efficiently. We made the choice to replace the opener entirely as the old one was loud and prone to issues -- however, in no way were we pressured to replace the opener. We could have just replaced the springs but decided on the upgrade. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service.

After being told by a competitor company that I have have done business with for years that it would be 5 days until they could service my inoperable garage door, Precision came to replace the old Liftmaster opener with a new Liftmaster. Precision Door was incredible to work with. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. In typical Pittsburgh fashion, we received heavy snowfall and the roads weren’t great. The service technician called me first thing in the morning to let me know they were on a delay and gave me an updated window. The communication was fantastic. I received a text with my technician’s photo and a brief bio - loved that!! The technician arrived within the window, was very professional and quickly repaired my opener. He followed CDC guidance and took all appropriate COVID measures. It was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Precision Door.
