Randy, the technician, did a wonderful and neat job and was very thorough in his inspection. The cost of $185 per tension spring seems very excessive. Next time I will phone for another estimate rather than calling Precision for any services.

This was our first time using Precision and couldn't be more satisfied. We were able to get a same day appointment and the technician (George R) was able to complete the work in the same visit. Due to multiple points of failure with our existing system, we determined that a new system entirely would be the best path forward - basically only the door itself was salvageable. George was very detailed and thorough - careful to explain the service, underlying cost and warranties. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Our service tech was Randy and we couldn't have asked for a better person or technician. He installed 2 garage door openers, but ran into some issues when trying to repair a broken cable, which was because of how the builder installed our garage doors, but he kept at the job even into the late evening. Now that's dedication and determination!! But since it had gotten too late, he returned the next day and completed the job. Randy was so kind, professional and conversational. If all the other techs have the same work ethic and politeness as Randy's, you can't go wrong with Precision. Thanks Randy for a job well done and for being a very nice person!!

Showed up when they said they would. Our technician (George R.) explained the issue, went over the possible solutions in very clear language and made the repair very efficiently. We made the choice to replace the opener entirely as the old one was loud and prone to issues -- however, in no way were we pressured to replace the opener. We could have just replaced the springs but decided on the upgrade. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service.
