Dan, though I thought your offer was fair and your Tec was thorough in his explanation, I've decided just to do some maintenance on my current garage doors then re-evaluate the doors in the spring. Both my furnace and AC system are over 20 years old and they are more the pressing issue now than the doors. We've had our doors for a few weeks now and we absolutely love them! Our old doors were the original ones from the 1950's - no openers, super heavy, very drafty and overall not working anymore. These new doors and openers are so quiet, I barely hear the doors open when I'm directly above them in my living room. Wow! Marcus Martin showed up and was training a new employee. They were great! I didn't know if I could even fit an opener in my garage. Marcus is very good. They figured it out and installed the opener very quickly, Amazing. I then needed to reset the closing later that day and Marcus walked me through it. Professional, courteous, … I can't say enough.
