Hi there Dan, From the moment your girl Kim answered the phone till she hung up she was polite, kind, caring and very personable.she asked me if I wanted to set it up for the next day and I told her I would wait until Monday because I did not want to be paying extra for the week end. She assured me that would not happen, that your company answers 24/7 and do not charge extra for the week ends so I told her I would call her back as soon as I spoke to my husband. I called her back and set it up for the next day Saturday. I was very happy to talk to her. She was 100% customer service. When your fellow Randy came out he was professional and went straight to work. When I went to write a check I was pleased to have received a $25.00 off on my bill for the service call which Kim allowed. I will definitely tell my friends and relatives about you and I will call you back if I ever need you. Thanks again for the fast response.

I really liked getting an email giving me the name of the technician who would be coming to our house and an estimate of his arrival. Marcus called when he was 15 minutes away. When he arrived Marcus assessed the problem, discussed that everything was covered under our warranty, did all the work quickly and then reviewed everything when he was done. I called at 9 am and by 4 pm our door was completely fixed, which was wonderful. Our installer was Carlos. Carlos called me to say he was ahead of schedule and wanted to know if I was amenable to an earlier time. Luckily, I was able to have him come earlier so that was great. Carlos came and quickly assessed that we needed a couple of things re-bracketed and needed a stronger bracket on the garage door which I could see. This is my first home and so I did not know a lot about garage door repair, but Carlos explained everything. The nicest part was that he gave me three options for repairs: Everything that needed to be done, a second option with some upgrades to our rollers, and a third option with all of that plus an unlimited warranty option. Carlos never tried to upsell me anything I didn't want and let me choose what was best for us. It took him only about 35 minutes to complete the job. It was a little bit more than I anticipated, but it was done very well and I know that our door is now much more secure and that we will not have the issue reoccur soon. Carlos was nice, professional, and made me feel comfortable. I would very much recommend him for your garage door repairs.
