Very happy with this company. Garage door spring broke on Labor day Saturday, so door wouldn't open. Precision came out and fixed problem on Sunday afternoon without charging high weekend/holiday surcharges. People at Precision kept me in constant contact keeping me updated on the project status, George Ramsey was my tech. He went over all the work he would do and the costs, Work was done quickly and at quoted price. Would highly recommend this company.

We were very disappointed our door is lees then 5 yrs old and a spring broke asked the tech about warranty because we bought door there and you installed it and he said we can’t Guarantee the door manufacturers product even though you sell them not fair!!! Called on a Friday afternoon about buying and having installed a new garage door opener. That Sunday they were here at noon for the install. My technician was George Ramey. I was very pleased with the service received. Tim was professional,courteous, and accommodating. He explained the problem, and was able to repair the problem. The lights remained on and would not turn off. Tim diagnosed the problem as a bad circuit board, which he replaced. I will definitly recommend Precision in the future.

Service Tech Damon did a phenomenal job of identifying the real issue with shuddering of the Garage Door. Weather seals were on the sides of the door were sticking causing one side of the door to go up before the other. He identified that was the cause and fixed it by spraying the lube. A day later the door no longer makes noise and it goes up smoothly. Big thumbs up for Damon on his expertise.

Cory's knowledge of every aspect of garage repair that includes openers, technology and every roller, spring or safety checklist amazed me how she could make a difficult situation a positive completion of the project, which was installing a new garage door opener. Cory has the knowledge to supersede the problem, a too short extension cord and the possibility of hiring an electrician, which would cost extra money. it didn't surprise me that Cory had an answer to the problem, an 8 foot rail to ensure a perfect connection to connect everything needed to make the opener a successful job. Cory took the time to explain every detail from remote to setting up all the necessary details for a safe and less stressful experience , the customer. For me, it was like a magic act when Cory would go into her work bag and find ways to fix any problems that seemed to hinder the work process for a complete installation. There is no doubt, and from previous experience with Precision Garage Door, that an emergency or repair service will go for Corry, who I trust to tackle any future appointments. Cory is at the highest level of professionalism from the very beginning to a successful end product.
