I chose Precision Garage Door Service Because I had them install my garage door in 2018 and was very pleased with service. I called this morning 1-20-26 and was scheduled for a 2 to 4 time slot today. Technician Damon Burke arrived sooner. He listened carefully to what my problem was. Inspected everything and advised me it was a motherboard problem in the motor. Too old to find a replacement as it was a Sears brand. Explained my choices of new motors and their cost. When I ask to set a date to have work done Damon said Immediately as he had parts on truck. Within 2 hours my problem was fixed. Amazing same day service. I am so happy with Precision and especially Damon Burke. I highly recommend them.

Easy to set up an appointment online. Tech (Aiden) called me and told me exactly when he would arrive, which was right in the middle of the 2 hour window I selected. He was extremely pleasant and patient, and spent a good while looking over everything. He offered his expert opinion on issues I had, and gave several different options at various price points. The whole discussion was unrushed, thorough, and zero pressure. The price quoted was right about what I was expecting. Turned out he had the opener I picked on his truck and started work right away. Everything was done professionally and he was finished in a couple hours. Super clean install, and he spent time afterwards again talking to me about everything he did and things to watch out for in the future with my other door. All around the kind of business you want to deal with: honest, straight-forward, patient, and leaving quality work when they are done.

Aiden Bench came out to replace the springs to our garage door. Aiden is a very nice, friendly, personable, and professional young man. He explained everything in detail and gave us a few options regarding what to do regarding the issue to the springs on the door. He worked very efficiently and professionally. He made sure the door opened and closed smoothly and explained and showed me how the door was now balanced and that the door was opening and closing smoothly.
