Precision responded the same day and sent a technician almost immediately. Aiden was thorough and not only addressed and fixed the problem but made sure that everything else was in good shape. He was able to fix the door and replace the spring all in the same visit and did not have to come back. He was very professional and easy to work with and performed quality work. It was our first time to receive service from Precision. Reece was the technician who repaired the door springs. He arrived within the specified timeframe, and he was very informative in explaining our issue. He went straight to work and resolved it in a timely manner. In addition, we were also satisfied with how our call was answered in the office with an appointment scheduled immediately and further communication received as to the arrival of the technician and formally concluding the service. Simply a smooth process. Definitely recommend them!

One of the very best customer service and overall service experiences I have ever had. Cameron was excellent in assisting me with my initial call for service. He was very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable, a pleasure to talk with. Damon was fantastic as well for the entire service call/equipment check, as well as the installation and setup of the new opener. Overall, I don't remember ever having such a thorough, solid experience in this type of situation from start to finish. Even the follow up text and email notifications were spot on, and the thank you email from Dan the owner was just plain nice. I fully recommend Precision Garage Door Service, I wish everyone was as polite and professional as these guys are!

Damon was our service technician and he did a wonderful job providing us with maintenance. It had been about 8 years since we needed any repairs and wanted a check up to alleviate any emergency situation. We were able to get an appointment with only a one day wait time, which was our choice. We were kept very well informed regarding the name and a photo of our technician as well as a two hour window of arrival, which was very much appreciated. Damon was knowledgeable, polite, and provided us with an estimate before he did any work. The work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time and we are very pleased! We definitely recommend Precision Door!

On the day of service, Reece did a great job of communicating arrival times and what to expect throughout the process of the repair of my belt driven garage door opener. He arrived within the arrival window and got to work quickly. He diagnosed the problem I had, repaired it, and gave me suggestions for future problems if and when they arise. Excellent service. A lot more e pricey since the last time you guys were here. The service tech wasn’t here 30 and replaced torsion spring and cables. The Door works great and service was great, but $588 for 30 minutes, spring and 2 cables…a bit much!
