Joey was our technician and gave us exceptional service. He answered every question I had and showed me where the buttons on my liftmaster were located. He was pleasant and professional and highly knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him and would request him to do any work I need in the future. He represents Precision well.

He has great interpersonal skills, was very friendly, and explained to me what he was going to do. He was very efficient as well. I was very pleased with the work he performed. My garage door opener stopped working. My technician Damon arrived on time, explained my options as to whether to fix or replace the opener. Because of the age of the opener I chose to replace it. Damon did a great job of installing the opener. When he was done he took his time to make sure I understood how the door worked and all the features new openers have. Overall, it was a great experience. I would certainly recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service.
