This has been the best experience I have had dealing with a company for repairs. The people I had contact with from start to finish made it a pleasure. Especially Damon Burke the repair technician who came out to check and make the same day repairs for my really old wooden garage door by replacing all of the hardware. Now my door opens easily and safely. Damon was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and was willing to take the time to make sure to explain everything involved and about the warranty. He made sure that I was happy with the replacement and repairs before leaving. He is a treasurer for your company. Love the way your company handles making the appointment, the txts and emails but especially txting the picture and info about the person you are sending to my house, the confirmations and up to date arrival times. I was impressed with my ability to get a service person on the same day as my call. Equally impressive was the courtesy and knowledge of my technician. Cori arrived quickly and got right to work on inspecting my door and making recommendations for routine owner maintenance. She instructed me on the right kind of lubricant that I need to use on my door. She remained with me until she was sure that I understood the issue with the door. Cori did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to work with her again! Simple lubrication did the trick.

We had a failing garage door spring and contacted Precision online on a Sunday to hopefully schedule a service call later that week. To my surprise, they called back that day and we got scheduled. We had George Ramey come out to check the spring and he ended up replacing two springs in well under an hour. I am very please with the work Tim did on the garage door. He inspected all the springs and other item and answered all my questions on what was needed he went right to work. I was concerned as the sky had turned very dark and looked as if we were going to get major lighting, thunder and rain. I told Tim that the storm came, I wanted him to get in the garage, close the door and come upstairs till the storm passed. He finished the job before and then went over the work. It all looked great!
